Guardian Childcare & Education Charlotte Street

I have been nothing but impressed with the level of care my toddler has received at the centre. They are incredibly thorough, communicative and professional, and their educators are very passionate and nurturing. We are always informed about what is going on at the centre by Rebekah, Chris and Oliver, and see that they are constantly seeking feedback and striving to improve all aspects of our experience, despite the fact that we are already extremely happy with the centre. Even though we have moved further away, I will continue to send my toddler to Guardian Charlotte Street due to the wonderful relationships my toddler has formed with the educators - specifically Keeshia, Annabelle, Angelo and Summer - and due to how well the centre is run. I will continue to recommend it to others.

We have only been attending for 1 week but the staff and resources have really made an impression. My daughter has settled in so well with her educators Oliver, Clefford and Keekee. The are very nurturing, provide a stable routine for independence and have so many toys and other resources to give her a great fun filled learning environment.

The administration Rebekah and Chris have been so easy to communicate with and have been very flexible with my needs. (Centre Manager Rebekah has exceeding my expectations with her friendly and approachable personality).

So far the communication has been 10/10 which has been very important to me. I would recommend Guardian Childcare Charlotte Street to every parent.

Update: The Centre Manager has gone above and beyond every other Centre Manager/Director I have ever dealt with. I would recommend this childcare to every parent looking to progress their childs development.

Out of three centres we have had our kids enrolled in, Guardian Charlotte St is the best by far. The facilities and programs are fantastic, but most of all the staff are absolutely wonderful. Every time I've been into the centre, the educators (from entry level to director) are always at the kids level, engaged and interacting with the children. They are calm and collected, they model good behaviour and set a great example. Thank you for helping our kids grow into happy little helpers with great manners.

We moved our kids to the centre after experiencing some issues with another centre and couldn’t have been happier. Our children are very happy to go to daycare each day and look forward to seeing their educators.
We have seen children with special needs or developmental delays seamlessly integrated into their classes and shown kindness, respect and understanding.
Over the past 2 years, we’ve been extremely happy with the proactive approach taken whenever we have raised concerns and feel like we are working together with the educators, education coordinator and management.
We also love that the chef works with us to ensure our little girl, that has specific dietary needs, is well fed each day.

My son has been with Guardian Childcare (Charlotte St) for nearly 2 years. Very happy with the child care here. Nice environment and friendly teachers and staffs. Lots of activities, learning and training every day. Most importantly, my son is happy and having a good time here.

Our son has been attending Guardian Charlotte St for over year and we couldn't be happier about his progress. He has become more independent and started to say few words as well. He is always excited about going to the centre and this is definitely because he loves the educators, activities and food.

Our daughter has been attending Guardian Charlotte St for a year and we couldn't be happier. She was initially enrolled at a different daycare in the city and we were not happy with their service and lack of communication with management. We were apprehensive initially when we enrolled her at Guardian as we thought all Childcare centres were the same. They're not!

The Charlotte St team are attentive to our requests. They have taught and nurtured my daughter to become more independent. The Educators are superheroes.

It's not easy to choose a childcare specially when it's your first time...But at Guardian Charlotte St Megha was there from the very 1st moment when I showed up without even booking a tour! She was very patient and human and explained me all the details and made the process so easy. Its just impressing the way she runs the centre and makes you feel like you're in a family daycare. For the following weeks I was amazed to see my son being taken cared of, encouraged to play, discover the world, respect...and he was just a 5 month old baby!! The educators are really sweet, professional and caring! Keekee, Bridget and Camila thank you for taking care of my baby and giving me peace of mind knowing that he was there with you! There's also Joice, the educator leader who is beyond words! I used to call many times asking for updates and she was always lovely and patient and she really have a way with kids that is just magic! The methods that the girls implement for babies development and the activities are amazing and I was always so happy to see my baby surrounded by that vibrant learning environment! They update a platform everyday and tell the parents in details about the kids day, learning experience, food/milk chart and sleep wich is such a good commitment and makes a true difference. Forgot to mention that my son loved the food, which btw always smelled so good and fresh! I'm still sad that we had to move and the centre is now to far for us...Miss them all!

Our daughter has been attending this centre since November 2019. She loves it and I can see how happy she is meeting new friends and building relationships with the educators. We couldn't be happier with the care and effort the educators make to ensure she is growing and developing into a fun, happy, confident little kiddo!

We have had both of our children enrolled in Guardian @ Charlotte St since it opened back in 2015. We have been so happy with the care and learning outcomes for our kids. The staff are friendly, caring and genuinely want to teach the children how to become better! Highly recommended.

Teachers here make a special effort to engage the kids in learning and team activities. After space week, our eldest told us about planets and rockets. Parents were invited to share fun experiences from our own work: one morning doing chemistry experiments together at Guardian Charlotte Street will be treasured. Teachers share new information about animals, cooking, science and machines. There's something new every week. Thank you to the caring staff, especially Emma, Joyce, Prakriti, Trina, Sandy and Laura (and others!) for supporting our boys and building such a strong rapport with them. What the kids have learnt and experienced in working politely and respectfully together, in being curious and brave, and in communicating confidently puts them in a strong position for the next stages in life.

Been working here for some time now while at studying University and have enjoyed it. Now having a daughter attend, I am a staff member and a parent. The Junior Bambino staff have been working with my daughter for a few months now. Since being with them she has learned so much and been developing her skills so well.

I have recently started working in the centre and felt really comfortable meeting lovely families and professional staff in the service. Would definitely recommend my friends to a beautiful and cozy centre where educators and management team build positive relationship with the children and families and strive for excellence.

My 22 month old daughter has attended this centre for 12 months now, starting in junior bambinos and now in bambinos. My interactions with the educators, managers and chef have all been positive. They have shown they are flexible to my and my daughters needs, focussed on childcare as well as education, and help calm an axious 1st time mum dropping her baby off. :-)

Our little one has been loving his time here ever since we moved to Brisbane. While we have many closer centres to our home, we're more than willing to drive the extra distance so our son can enjoy time with the amazing educators here.

I am working with guardian Charlotte street from around 7 months and the experience couldn’t be more better !! It’s an excellent team with an amazing ownership of the centre manager Megha !! Love the interior open plan and the huge outdoor space. The carers are amazing and staff like Megha pay attention to so much detail to ensure the kids feel nurtured and cared for. We love this place.
