I can’t thank the team at Gymea Dry Cleaners enough for removing stains from my wedding dress. Sadly, it was last dress in all of Aus and I had no choice but to purchase it marked with lipstick and other make up from customers trying it on. I took the risk and Gymea Dry Cleaners did not disappoint! They got all the stains out and restored my dress back to perfection. All with only 36 hours notice too. I highly recommend this family run, friendly and professional business.

Have been living in the area for 2 years and I’ve found this is the best place to get my work cloths dry clean. I’m VERY happy with the dry cleaning (my husband cream shirt is back to pure white) and hemming service (I’ve had 3 work dress/skirts done). I will not go any where else. All marks from my work shirts have been removed and NEVER have I found marks left by them.

I’ve had a blanket dry cleaner by this company and they were up front and stated they wouldn’t be able to get ALL the pet hair out, which was not a surprised since I’ve had the blanket done by other companies and know how pet hair gets every where. They also advised it would take 2 weeks due to the current work load…. They have always been upfront about times with me.

I’ve only spoken with the lady and she has never been rude or yelled at me or any other customer in the store.

Today was the 1st time dry cleaning was not ready when I went to collect (9am 23Apr) but it was ready 3hrs later. The reason given was they are busy which I could total understand noting the previous 2 weekends and the next weekend will be a long weekend.

The owner is super friendly, and very helpful. I've had hems and buttons repaired as well as normal dry cleaning. They've always done a good job and been reasonably priced.

I have never had anything less than exceptional service. The owner is super friendly and very personable. my business shirts and Suits are always cleaned and pressed perfectly.

My experience was excellent from start to end, quite remarkable in fact, I wont hesitate to use again

Did not have clothes ready at agreed time, then lied saying there was a stain they were trying to get out. After asking to see the stain it was obvious the shirt had not even been touched and guess what... No stain, don't lie to your customers as now you have one less

Avoid for alterations, they are too busy to listen to customers and the end result is an expensive "BUTCHERED" dress and when showed concern/feedback was then yelled out from a mad woman.

Suggest to give realistic time frames to people and listen to what they say!!!

I brought my son's new t-shirt in for some overlocking on the hem, and I picked it up 3 days later. Upon inspection I noted multiple small black stains around the hem line as well as on the front. I immediately informed the owner that these stains were not there when I brought the shirt in, and she began to yell at me saying that she doesn't put stains in clothes, rather she removes them. She then said she would fix the problem, at no cost to me, but these kinds of expenses can send her out of business. I returned to pick up the t-shirt a couple of days later, and when I inspected the shirt, there were large white marks on the front as well on the hemline. These now made the garment unwearable. She refused to accept any responsibility, she continued to yell at me, and she then banned me from coming back into the store. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do NOT bring your clothes here.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received here. Took two blazers in for dry cleaning and specifically asked if they could protect the buttons on on blazer. Got the blazer back with damaged buttons and both blazers smelling damp. I will now need to take them to another dry cleaners to get the smell out and to be able to wear them.

Dropped off two coats for dry cleaning. Picked them up and covered in black hair. My whole family are fair hair and we have a golden labrador. Refused to help. Yelled and screamed at me and told me it was my fault. Ruined two coats and I had to sit and tweezers thousands of black hair out of my coats. Would never ever recommend this business nor ever go there again. Be ware and take note of your clothing condition and photograph.

Dry cleaned a rug that took over a month. Charged $50, stain is still there and caused damage to the rug. Also had alterations done there to an expensive top, she ruined it and it is now unwearable. Will never use again.
