I love shopping at Kat and Ko. There’s always new stock coming in and It’s a pleasant change from the large shopping centres as I can always find something a bit different there. It has that family feel to it and Kat and staff are always very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it to all age groups as there’s something for everyone.

Kat and Michelle are so friendly and helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I really enjoy shopping at this Store and I love the relaxed atmosphere and the feel of the Store. It’s a lovely place to shop. Reasonably priced I always come away with some great purchases that make me feel fabulous!

What a hidden gem in the heart of Gymea. Great clothes at a reasonable price and perfect for all, especially mature women. Apart from their clothes they have the most amazing handbags, jewellry, scarves and shoes. The best of all is the service. Rare to find someone so helpful these days. They even dropped a parcel into me personally as I live close by but have mobility issues. You are dealing with Kat and there is no pressure to buy or upsale with jewellry etc. very personal service. Love this store

Bought a beautiful dress ,Great service even tried on two sizes for me sent photos to me to show the difference sizes . Went way and beyond thanks Kat.

Fantastic shop. Lots of great finds and the people are great!

Ordered three tops - blouse, jumper, cardigan - and each one of them is of extremely poor quality. The materials have a 'plasticy' feel and are of really thin and unshapely texture. You just know they are not going to hold up even if washed following instructions to a tee!
Asked for a return and refund of the garments I got a snappy response just pointing to their policy which is NO return and refund ever on discounted garments .... so I guess, NEVER BUY discounted items from this seller! There is no courtesy and no customer service to accomodate for a more satisfactory outcome. Just a 'go away' email for tops that even at a 'supposedly discounted price' were more expensive than anything I'd ever pay for the quality I received. Think cheapest mass outlet one time wear only quality!
