iStay River City Brisbane

What an amazing place to stay! We spent the weekend away for our birthday and we loved every minute of it! The rooms are getting upgraded and we knew this so that was ok. The staff were lovely on check in and parking was convenient. Once we got to our room we noticed the staff had upgraded our room and given us a free bottle of wine for our birthday so we were on a corner overlooking the river and the city! We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was convenient to walk to as uptown is only 2 blocks away and then the amount of food places around the corner and down stairs is amazing also, Botanical gardens and markets are only 2 blocks away and the river is at the end of the street which is a shirt stroll. Absolutely the best place hand's down. Thank you so much for a beautiful birthday weekend. We will definitely be back in the future.

You are greeted warmly by reception, if you’re lucky enough you will be welcomed by Princess, whose smile will light up your world. I’m hoping management reward your efforts and enthusiasm. Very affordable apartment right in the heart of the city. Views were amazing.
The rooms are spacious and some had 2 bathrooms. Wasn’t cleaned as you would expect, but the staff are under the pump given it’s almost new year and the whole place was booked out.
Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the middle of the city. Walking distance to everything. Large rooms. Comes with full kitchen. Bathrooms a bit dated but still work. Pool, spa, gym and sauna all great.

Most of the problems stated by other reviewers has been fixed, fast elevators, humble and nice reception, clean rooms and gotta be one of the most strategically located hotels in Brisbane if you want to explore the cities more. Overall 9/10 (Stayed for 7 days)

We enjoyed the 37th floor apartment we were given. The view was spectacular, the apartment was very clean and comfortable including great king size beds. There was a problem with a toilet and within 2 hours it was fixed. The position of the building was so convenient to walk to great sights in Brisbane. Friendly greeting by Steve was nice as he has a good sense of humour

I've stayed at this particular facility about 3 times now. I decided to take my boyfriend here over New Years and it was incredible. As always the rooms were big, clean and comfortable. We had an amazing view and were looked after amazingly by all staff. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a couple nights in Brisbane. Very central to queen street mall and in walking distance to any facility.

This would be one of the best places i have stayed first class i have stayed in Adelaide. Sydney. Melbourne. I was blown away by the room clean spacious. Balcony could not ask for more close to everything unbelievable place to stay front staff fantastic can't express how good this place is for the money thank you well done coming back.

Bathroom was alright. They gave me 2 conditioners and no body wash but dats aight

Great location in the city and clean and comfortable bed.
Considering all the construction works going on outside we couldn't hear a single bit of noise which gave us the opportunity to sleep in.
Looking forward to returning.

We stayed for nearly three weeks when we first moved to Brisbane. Located in the center of the city, close to shopping centres, restaurants, public transports, botanical garden & QUT Gardens Point campus. Tide and neat large bedrooms with comfy beds. Fully furnished. Moderate size swimming pool. Neat and tidy kitchen with kitchenware and cutlery. Clean bathrooms. Wifi. Good housekeeping. Friendly and helpful staff.

I was booked to stay here at the end of March for 2 weeks and when my flight from the UK to Brisbane was cancelled, the staff here were incredibly helpful. They assisted with cancelling my booking with a prompt reply even though it was within 48 hours of my arrival. I will certainly book here again.

My family and I stayed there for 6 nights, the apartment was very spacious, clean and very much homely to us (our home away from home)hehehe. Close walk to the city mall and shopping center and many sites to see within walking distance.

Many places to grab a bite within the area.

The staff were very helpful and made our stay comfortable.

We surely will stay at iStay River City on our next visit to Brisbane City.

I'm from Uganda and did stay at ISTAY river city for 5 weeks while attending a course at the UQ Saint Lucia campus. The rooms are self contained with necessity amenities and spacious as well. I did also appreciate the service of Daniel and the quick speaking lady from Brazil at the reception. When I visit Australia again for any other reason, I will stay at ISTAY river city

I once lived here and felt very comfortable. The place is close to shopping centers and downtown Brisbane. I always miss to be able to stay here again.
