After being in the Early Childhood industry for over 25 years as an ECT I had decided to retire from this position and do some casual work so I could stay in the industry I love but with less pressure.
I joined ANZUK Education in April 2021 and it was a very good decision. They have been amazing to work for and are extremely professional in everything they do. The girls are always available for any questions I have and if not their response time is quick. They are there for me as a professional and work to get the best outcome for their educators. I love the flexibility the app gives me to choose my availability and how easy it is to operate.

In the time I have been with ANZUK I have really enjoyed the flexibility and change from working in a Centre permanently.
It’s refreshing visiting new Centres, working alongside an abundance of different educators and getting to meet the many children you get to know in a short space of time.
From the interview process the team ensure you are prepared with all info required and are happy to answer any questions you may have to prepare for the role.
The ANZUK app is easy to use and understand. I like that you are able to set your availability via the app ahead of time to plan for upcoming events or commitments. Then job placements are tentatively allocated around your availability and then I am able approve the placement by a push of a button.
The ANZUK team Tahlia, Hannah and Mel are very supportive and understanding if any unexpected changes arise. This adds to the great experience I have working with the agency

As an educator that has held positions both in a centre and via agency work, I 100% recommend ANZUK to centres who wish to source relief staff as well as colleagues who may need a change of pace.

As I was preparing to move to Brisbane in September 2020 I signed up at ANZUK for casual work. While in hotel quarantine I had an Zoom interview with Chloe which was low key, yet professional. I experienced her as very approachable and calm which motivated me to work for the agency.

Soon I had regular contact with both Chloe and Mel; they assisted with paperwork and they were always available to answer any questions.
I finally started working as a casual after I decided to terminate my permanent job.
As Chloe has moved on to focus on permanent jobs, I am now often in contact with both Mel, Tahlia (and now and then Hannah) for shifts. I also want to mention the admin department as very accurate with transmitting payments.

My impression is your agency has a smooth running team; they’re on top of things, quick to act, ran the extra mile to find me work and last but not least; everyone knows what my preferences and needs are and try fit that in my schedule.

Working as a casual gives me the freedom to work when I want which suits my lifestyle at the moment.
I’ve noticed when I come across other casual employees at centres they seem more professional and motivated to work compared to casuals from other agencies. Perhaps this might be a result of ANZUK’s method of recruiting; taking the time to get to know their employees on a personal level, and I suppose, setting the bar high for expectations.

I have had a great experience with anzuk. When we decided to move to Australia from NZ, I approached few consultants and anzuk was the quickest one to reply and then moving forward, Chole, an amazing and very friendly consultant took my case. She is quite approachable and great in terms of follow up. She arranged few interviews for me with the Early Childcare centre. She got me really nice offer. I would definitely recommend Chole for her amazing skills and always ready to help approach😊

We use ANZUK at Sparrow - Stones Corner and have found all the staff from the office to the educators coming to assist very reliable with excellent communication. It isn't often you can find casual staff that can hit the ground running in a centre they have never worked for before and ANZUK educators shine at it. Highly recommended!! Also a big shout out to Melanie Sommer in the office, she is always an amazing support to me.

As someone who has joined an agency for the first time, so far, I have loved the experience.
