We had Raymond from Control Pest Management pop over to do a routine pest treatment as summer sets in and the warm weather starts to bring out the roaches and bugs that can make life unbearable. Raymond turned up on time and started to do the job effortlessly while I was busy with a ZOOM meeting. He not only did the regular pest treatment around the home (Bedrooms, Bathroom, Kitchen and common areas but looked into the attic to see if we had any rats in there. Then he on his own goes under the high-set home and checks for any termite activity.

Best of all he cleaned up after he moved from one part of the home to the next.

Ray visited our property on Thursday to inspect after a termite mound was found. This was a free inspection booked at 9pm the night before - Ray arrived a few minutes before the allocated time (arrival time was communicated an estimated 30mins before arrival so I could be at the premises), and he was very thorough and pleasant to work with. While the mound did not require further treatment, advice was provided to ensure we could further prevent our property for peace of mind, and while a termite spray was offered it was not pushed upon me to purchase the service, and at no time did I feel like I was being upsold.

I would highly recommend Ray for his services, and will be switching to his company for our annual pest management.

Raymond was fantastic, arrived on time and was very friendly. He was clearly very knowledgeable and keen to make sure our house was protected in every possible way. He used his thermal camera to allay my fears about potential termites in a bathroom wall. I felt like I was in very good hands and would recommend to anybody.

I had booked a German Cockroach treatment online and was matched up with Raymond from the Brisbane Pest Control Management team. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He not only completed the treatment, he was thorough and ensured I understood what was happening, the products he was using and what they meant for me and my family and pets. He ensured the well-being of my pets prior to beginning and was just overall an absolute delight to deal with. I am now booking my follow up treatment and will be booking a yearly appointment with him aswell. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would!
