I’ve been from one medical centre to the next trying to find a half decent clinic since moving to Brisbane over 6 years ago and I’m so relieved that I’ve finally found an exceptional one.

Its rare to be greeted with a warm smile, even so when you’re late.

My husband and I both attend the clinic. We moved from the Sunshine Coast and we were worried about getting as good a doctor as we had there. Dr Mark has proven to be a very competent, caring doctor. We feel very confident about our healthcare. Charlie is a hoot and a fantastic receptionist.

I have been going to this practice for years. It is hard to find a Dr, like Dr Mark with his outstanding Admin officer Charles. Dr Mark, is so much more than just a GP. He cares about your general wellbeing and is highly knowledgeable with very helpful insights and has high expertise, who truly cares about his patients. Which is a rarety I found in the city. He listens to your health issue, before any action.

Very welcoming and great customer service esp by Mark. Since we are immigrants the clinic wad extremely helpful and assisted us to meet our requirements. The doctor was friendly and very understanding and patient and caring. He understood what we needed. Highly recommended for the service. It's not medical business but patient care.

Dr Mark is great, I have been seeing him for quite a few years now and I have the utmost faith in him. He has always been very thorough in investigating any health issues and importantly also very supportive. And he is great at giving injections, I never feel a thing!

Recently I have been having some health issues and Dr Mark ran a series of tests and after he received the results he referred me to a specialist.

At my first appointment the specialist praised the work my GP had already done and how thorough he was, she said Dr Mark had already done all the initial tests that she would normally arrange to be done at a first appointment with a new patient so it was a great time saver for her.

My parents who are in their 80's now also see him too.

And I love Charlie, the practice receptionist, he is a happy, friendly guy :)

Am fairly new to this practice but wish I'd found it sooner. Reception staff are helpful and friendly, the waiting area is clean and spacious. Dr Mark doesn't make you feel rushed and I felt he listened to my concerns. He has always followed up with test results which helps put your mind at ease.

Dr Mehrzad (Mark) Entezami and his medical receptionist Charlie are simply fabulous. You are treated warmly and attentively by Charlie from the moment you call or walk through the door, while the medical care and compassion delivered by Mark is faultless. What's more, Mark never makes the appointment feel rushed, yet somehow manages to stay on time. I have been recommending Excella to all my family and friends because of the quality of care and service delivered.
