Called them today with a technical question about a problematic device. I am not an official support provider, but I am an electrical engineer, and we do not have support providers where we live. They put me in touch with a very knowledgeable technician who provided me with a test method and the required measurement values to look for, and how to interpret them. This is such a pleasant surprise! They must pay that guy more.

I have ordered the RP36 recently. I am very happy with their service. Thumbs up for Nigel who is really helpful and patience to answer all my queries. I got the item within the expected time. Good work Nigel and your team.

Had an issue with a cell I purchased a couple of years ago. Was out of warranty by a few months. But because they had sold me the wrong one initially. They came to the party with a new one at no cost. Great to deal with. Very prompt.

I had an issue with my chlorinator which had been in place since the pool was built. The chlorinator was right at the end of the warrantee period. I went to the AIS office and they were fantastic to deal with. Everything was tested and a replacement cell was supplied. All while I waited as I had come from across the other side of town. Its great to see a local business doing so well and it is not surprising considering their customer service.

My 4+ yo Mineralchlor chlorinator recently stopped functioning fully (timer was still working but chlorinator part wasnt). They carried out a very quick turnaround repair from my sending the unit from NSW to QLD, I got it back in less than a week with additional mods included with the repair. A great company to deal with.

Just had my chlorinator repaired under warranty last Friday. The technician went over and beyond in customer service. Couldn't be happier and will be recommending AIS to my customers as well.

I'm an Italian user, and the local distributor installed me a small Autochlor model and refuce to change it despite chlore production was not enough.
After months contacted directly AIS/ Australia and they replace Autochlor with bigger model (for free) and problem solved. Autochlor now is perfectly working, very easy to use and full automatic to maintain a right level of chlore in a swimming pool. A special tanks to Valentine (AIS technical support) for the kind and professional assistance.

Took my existing Autochlor saltwater chlorinator for examination and repair if needed as was having some issues with getting maximum output. Was examined and repaired using replacement parts all while I waited and at considerably lesser cost than a new replacement system. I now have a virtually new system at a very moderate cost given the age of the main unit. All done while I waited. Very happy with the outcome.

I mistakenly replaced my RP25 cell with a normal generic one from a supplier which resulted in no reverse output. Lincolin from AIS highlighted this fact to me and recommended a distributor on the Gold Coast where I got a an OEM cell from at a great price.

Just wanted to say thanks to Lincoln & Larissa for all of their help. Had a little trouble with my pool & these guys set me in the right direction & even made a follow up call a week later to check how it was going. Great to see a company in this industry offer such great service.

These guys have looked after me so well each time I have come for assistance. While I was there I read the company profile material and about how the CEO was participating in the CEO dance competition to support domestic violence services. 14 nationalities and the like in the company.

I truly want you all to know you should be very proud of the company you work for.

Also I know that if I read this I would be thinking there was some relationship to the company, I have non I was just so impressed that I had to comment

Awesome Product, just replaced complete unit after 19 years, turns out after product replacement (Same Model RP25) only needed replace the salt cell after talking to AIS Technicians who offer free product testing in case of fault, (My Bad) Quality Product Built Locally Brisbane, As They Say You Get What You Pay For, Cannot Recommend This Product Highly Enough
