Very Wondering service . When i bought a new property in kedron which was very stressful.because it needs lots job to be done.so when i handed this property over to Christine who is AUMR staff after two months renovation there were still lots jobs needed to be fixed.but Christine helped me to fixed the left issues and rented out smoothly.cant say thanks enough and really recommend AUMR and Christine ‘service

Josh has been amazing to deal with. Our property was advertised promptly and professionally as soon as we were advised our current tenants were vacating. We received regular and timely updates about the process and helpful advice. Inspections were booked and conducted with the property leased within the first round at a great price to a great applicant. So happy to recommend Josh to any landlord needing assistance with leasing.

Joshua Lewis was impressive from the start and kept up this standard throughout the process. The advert he produced did its job perfectly, attracting an A class tenant at the first inspection at a rent I was delighted with. This was the smoothest (ie stress free) changeover of tenant I’ve ever had in many, many years of being a landlord. From beginning to end Josh was pleasant, helpful, reliable and thorough. I was very impressed with some of the extra steps Josh took that I’ve never had an agent do before. My experience leasing a property with AUMR has been nothing short of excellent, Claire went above and beyond during the entire application process. This was my first time renting in the open market, and she provided many helpful advice. Her experience and knowledge of the market were evident. She also followed up very promptly and updated me throughout the application, which made the rental experience very smooth. We are very grateful to have had Claire guiding us through the process.

Ruth is exceptionally skilled and very helpful with the application process, and Linda was extremely professional during our property inspection. Transparent and helpful

My partner and I are moving to Brisbane and were really concerned about finding a rental. We spoke to a number of agents from different agencies that were not overly helpful at the start.

Then we connected with Claire at AUMR.. she was awesome. Claire was easy to get along with, very transparent about what we needed to do to complete our rental applications and gave good advice on the whole. The biggest thing for me is that when she said she was going to do something, she did it!! The process from application to securing the rental was so much better than I had experienced with previous agents. I’d recommend chatting to Claire and the team to anyone.

Fantastic!
I put my first home up for rent about a year ago. Once the tenants were found, i was introduced to Claire. She has been the best. Always answers my calls and questions, calls and emails me promptly when any requests or maintenance issues come through for the property, and regularly updates on the progress. She has made the whole process stress free and I recommend Claire and the AUMR to anyone who will listen.

Claire responded quickly to all our enquiries. We contacted her about a property on Saturday and were confirmed tenants by Monday. She was patient with all our questions, took measurements during our virtual inspection and was very helpful throughout the (pleasantly) short process. It was refreshing to deal with somebody so smart, professional, responsive and down to earth. We’d recommend Claire in a heartbeat.

Great communication
Jordan was fantastic to deal with in our recent rental application process. His communication was excellent and he’s very friendly and easy to talk to. Although we did not apply for the first property he showed us, it was nice that he followed up and remembered meeting me at the house we were successful for.
