I was a tenant in a property managed by Summer and her team for nearly 8 years. During this time, Summer and Brooke were extremely professional in their dealing with me, and were always happy to assist where required.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending the Premium residential team for their services, as both a tenant and landlord. I own an investment property myself in regional Queensland, and would definitely choose them to manage it if practical - sadly it's a bit far away!

Premium Residential were great agents to manage our rental property. Quality service and communication. We were really unhappy with our previous agent's lack of communication, using very poor quality trades, who consistently over charged for jobs with no guarantees. Premium was a breath of fresh air. We could leave the management completely upto them, without a single worry. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an agent to manage their investment property, without having to worry even a little.

Summer and her team have looked after my property for 4 years and I am extremely happy with their service. I found Brooke and Summer great to deal with acting on requests for repairs in a timely manner. I had to break my lease a little early but they still remained professional and assisted as they could. I would have no hesitation in renting from them again or if I had a property to rent out would be happy for them to take care of it,

I switched to a Premium Property rental a month ago, and it was the most simple and stress free move for me from their end. I had to move from my old residence to a new one quite quickly and they made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. The team are lovely, understanding and patient. Premium Residential is a cut above the rest! The office in Racecourse Road has a very friendly atmosphere and the moment you enter, you are made to feel welcome. Renting an apartment through Premium Residential is streamlined with no fuss or bother. Throughout my lease, any emails sent were responded to almost immediately and all communication with this company was so pleasant. A real standout! The best property managers and leasing agents that we have dealt with by far! Upon meeting the team and picking up the keys to our unit we were greeted with a warm smile and gift hamper which contained many useful and practical things, who else does this? Friendly, approachable, fully competent, professional, and proactive team are just some words to describe Premium Residential. We leased a property through them for almost two years. During that time some things needed to be replaced in the unit. These two items were replaced quickly and without fuss. Nearing two years due to unfortunate circumstance we had to break our lease. This was no drama and full bond refund was given. Mostly dealt with Summer and Brooke, they are fantastic! Don’t change anything that you do, just keep being awesome and business will take care of itself…

Summer has been managing my investment property in Ascot for a number of years now.
