Dr Collins was genuine, professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained my condition so that I could make an informed decision regarding treatment. The surgery went well and I have been pain free for the first time in 15 years. Post Op care has also been exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Collins to others.

His receptionist Kate was also extremely helpful in getting me in for surgery quickly. I could not be more appreciative to both Dr Collins and Kate.

I can’t recommend Dr. Brett Collins highly enough. Dr. Collins performed the ACLR on my right knee about 48 hrs ago. Dr.Collins was highly professional every step of the way, was thorough with his examinations, provided clear explanation of the procedure & the surgery outcomes. And was very patient to answer all my questions. His staff were prompt with their correspondences and all my interactions with them were professional friendly and helpful.
On the day of the surgery, Dr.Collins nt above and beyond to ensure that the surgery happened today inspite of a mistake with my fasting (no fault of the surgeon but a miscommunication from the hospital nurse).

And his bed side manners is extremely commendable. In spite of a very long day doing surgeries, he made sure he visited me at the ward on the day of the surgery. He was open and professional. The pain management has been good so far on Day3 post-op.

Day3 post op today and I noticed some discharge from one of the incisions. Contacted Dr. Collins’ office and he was happy to make time to see me the same day and he re-dressed the wounds personally. Now that’s a surgeon who’ll look after his patient.

PS: I had consulted 4 surgeons for their opinions for the ACLR and I decided to ahead with Dr.Collins as I was most comfortable with him. He was very approachable, friendly and polite.

Dr Collins was professional, genuine and transparent. He provided sufficient information for me to make an informed choice about my treatment plan and I am happy with the procedure he undertook and the follow up plan.

Excellent communications and answered any questions I had after I have left his office. Made everything easy and no pain afterwards. In recovery and doing well no thanks to Brett and his ability to fix my ACL.
