Great Result. Oliver achieved a price for our house that was above our expectations and provided advice/assistance/service that was in-line with or above our high expectations. A few things stood out about Oliver:
- He was in constant communication with us, he almost never missed any of my calls and when he did, he returned them with urgency. This actually turned out to be really important. The offer we ended up accepting was made with a condition that we accept it by a certain time. Oliver had to communicate back and forward between us, them, and potential rival bidders, all while being under a lot of time pressure.
- Oliver provided assistance and advice to us with all the aspects of selling our place, finding a new place, and making the move. I always felt I could call him to ask his opinion about something or answer some question I had even if it didn't strictly relate to his role as our sale agent.
- Oliver acted with integrity and professionalism toward us, and I was able to talk with him in a straight and down to earth way. This gave me a lot of confidence that he had his head down and was working to get the best result for our place.
- Oliver has an extensive network and was able to bring potential buyers through our place almost immediately after we decided to work with him. A potential buyer that he had previously sold properties too ended up being interested in our place and this helped us reach a high price level.

In the end all of this resulted in us getting a great price for our place, being able to go through the sale process and then make the step to our next place confidently. Oliver added value to our place that another agent probably wouldn't have.
