BRISBANE CITY - Sunshine Mitre 10

Recently made an online purchase and the Sunshine store was in charge of getting the order ready. I had selected delivery and with the Easter long weekend coming up realised my delivery of camping goods for Easter wasn’t going to arrive in time. The team at the store have been great making contact with myself, organising alternative options and today I received a call that the area manager was going to personally deliver my order this afternoon - followed by a call confirming it had been delivered. Amazing customer service by all, will be coming back here again. Thanks team

Helpful staff that easily pointed me in the right direction of what I was seeking. Good variety of items and well priced.

Correct me if I'm wrong but pretty sure this is the only hardware store in the city. As such, they maybe don't have the range that you'd expect in warehouse stores but they have more range than the Big W up the road. The customer service was really good and they had what I needed.

The staff were available to help me locate what I wanted and saved me a bus ride to a bigger store.

Excellent service. Although the range is smaller than a regular Mitre 10, it has almost everything you could think of, service is everything and this team excels. I recommend this Mitre 10.

Really nice staff! Range is just what you need. It's not a huge warehouse if stuff but I buy my pots and soil and seeds their! No plants just hardware. It's right in the city. So it's convenient. The bigger Warehouse's are in the suburbs.

Yes! Excellent customer service, a friendly, real person answers the phone, in-stock, click and collect or cheap fast delivery. I received my item on the same day as ordered (ordered at 4:00am). Great that stores like this still exist. Thank you guys.

Not the cheapest hardware store, but the staff are friendly and helpful. If you want cheap go to Bunnings, if you want good service go here!

This somewhat hidden store is a treasure trove of hardware and is perfect for the office worker who needs to pick up some equipment for those odd jobs. It is amazing how much stuff they have. I have always found what I needed there. Friendly staff as well.

I recently needed a picture hanging hook for my apartment. Problem was I needed it in a hurry and I wasn't sure what size. Remembering that Mitre 10 was on Elizabeth Street I went down and was surprised at the great range they had as I assumed I would be limited because they were right in the CBD. This was not the case and I found the whole store had a great range of products.

After narrowing my choice down to two hooks that might be suitable I asked at the counter if it would be alright to buy both hooks to take home and compare to wall at home and then return the one I didn't need. I was served by Bec at the counter and she was great and said no problems. Long story short one of the hooks did the job and when I returned to the store a couple of weeks later Bec remembered me and processed my refund for the surplus hooks promptly and with a smile.

Also worth mentioning is as I looked around the store during my first visit I wasn't sure where the hooks were and a nice gentleman who was walking between the shelving noticed I was lost and offered to show me where the hooks were and on another occasion I needed to find a hose clamp and another gentleman showed me to this area after asking if he could help. Needless to say this store is full of friendly and helpful people. I highly recommend their store!!

Little gem of a hardware store tucked away in the inner city. Customer service was impeccable, very happy to help, very prompt service. Got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area.

Absolutely amazing service! All the staff here are very knowledgeable and very helpful. It's surprising how many items they sell here given the store is quite small.
