Staff are aways so friendly and accommodating especially I’m after a last minute appointment. We get our yearly flu shots here too for the whole family and the nurses are so patient with the kids. Doctors are very thorough, even calling for follow ups when the kids have been unwell.

We have always been accommodated here after moving. Staff are friendly and all Drs we have seen have been thorough and patient with our small child, also the nurses with immunisations. Always availability when I need it which is a big thing when you have a little one!

Giving a 5-star to Dr Nagesh and other reception staffs. I just hope that some staff would use their words in telling others if they are busy or could not attend to us instead of giving us the side-eye glance. I was just wanting to ask what bulk billing meant and if I can go and leave at once.

Grateful to have a number of doctors that we have got to know over the years, and who have taken good care of my son. Love the online booking system, it makes booking appointments a breeze!

Been going here since I moved to Baulkham Hills. Dr James Jeong has been always helpful and explains in a concise manner. It has become ny regular GP.

Dr Jeong is great! Receptionists don’t act like they hate you so that’s a nice change from other doctor offices!

This review is about Doctor Abha Shah. Dr Shah is a fantastic doctor who is thorough, professional and very capable. She also has a sense of humour and is caring. Last week Dr Shah gave me a skin check and discovered an unusual lump/mark on my skull hidden by my hair. The rest of the check proved clear but she told me I should have this mark removed and biopsied. I agreed and she performed the procedure yesterday. Dr Shah explained what was to happen and not to be worried as all would be fine - it was. She injected a local anaesthetic which I barely felt. After a short while my scalp was numb and she began the op. She was confident, precise and professional and it was all over in a twinkling. She explained about the biopsy and I should book an appointment for two weeks time to have the stitches removed. Nobody likes incursions into one's body but Dr Shah made it a painless procedure and not a military operation. I now have to wait the outcome of the biopsy so fingers crossed for me.

I recently visited Railway Medical Center with my family, including my wife and 2-year-old child, and we had a wonderful experience. The medical center has been our go-to for the past 4 years, and we've never been disappointed.

One of the things that stood out to us was the festive decorations during events. It was a small touch, but it made a big impact on my child and added a cheerful atmosphere to the visit.

Our family has been coming here for years. We usually see Dr. Nagesh and Dr. Ravi. Both have a solid medical acumen and a lovely bedside manner. The nurses in the treatment room are competent and cheerful.
