I purchased a pair of size 8.5 Kayano 28 in blazing coral today. I wanted to say thank you to the young man that initially served me, I explained that I had visited a podiatrist on Friday and had been told to try on a number of styles and brands to assist with a plantar fibroma.
(As a long time Nike wearer I have been told these are no good for my feet and offer no support).
He was very helpful, very friendly and pleasant, provided lots of information, explained the style differences and even wishing me well with my search when I left to find another Brand (new balance), to try on as advised by the podiatrist.
He farewelled with a smile me hoping he would see me back soon.
I came back 30 minutes later deciding Asics as the more comfortable. When the young man was serving another customer and whilst I waited observed his great customer skills in action again.
A young lady helped me finalise my purchase and she too was very helpful, offering advice and sharing her product knowledge.
Thankyou. I am an Asics convert!

Went to get my Kayanos on a friday afternoon (31.01.2020) and found a bunch of kind, attentive and professional young staff. Well done!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Went in for a specific shoe, and they even went into the storeroom to retrieve last year's model as I didn't like the new model. I was in luck and they were so lovely to even give me a discount on the previous year's model. Very much appreciated, thank you thank you!!!

Amazing and friendly customer service! I bought a blue pair of running shoes, the DynaFlyte 2, which were causing pains and inflammation on the heels due probably to achilles tendon bursitis. After three months I went back to this shop, the assistant or manager (Lauren) was extremely kind and very friendly, and offered to refund the money or exchange the defective pair of shoes. Amazing experience!

Been to this store more than once, customer service is always great. Today returned there to discuss a defective running shoe and helped by Lauren. Excellent customer service, Lauren was absolutely great and helpful.

Go inside and try on some shoes, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There's no "hard-sell", they know most people are trying before buying online somewhere cheaper.
