Total Tools Virginia

I needed a part for my spraygun, and I found out it's not a stocked item.
Connor went out of his way to try and track down the part but with no success.
Connor then told me that he would get the trade rep onto it. I really was in urgent need of that part, and I didn't like my luck on getting it within the week.
But to my amazement, the rep pulled a rabbit out of the hat and had the part in store that afternoon.
Both these team members should get employe of the month. Outstanding job, guys. Total tools should be greatful to have such valuable staff.

I went to total tools store Virginia bought few tools and met the legend (Josh) at the counter he explained everything professionally, Ben very patient and solved the concern that I had about one of the tools.

Great staff, excellent products

I can’t rate this store highly enough. Jackson and Kane were very knowledgeable around tooling and were more then happy to take the time to review some of the options being utilised by my business. Very competitive and definitely my tool store of choice from now on.

Awesome service and range of stock.
The Virginia store had just run out of a particular promotional product, they were able to put me on the alert list when one came in.

Less than a week later, I got a call to let me know the product had arrived and I picked it up that day.
It turns out the manager of the store was in Melbourne and had personally transported one if the few remaining products back in his own luggage for me, as the line had been discontinued.
Astounding level of service!

Hi I recently came in to Total Tools Virginia to upgrade my tools set, had lots to buy and had many questions about the equipment. I have been helped by Ben, who promptly answered all my questions and made sure I was getting the best combination considering what I wanted and what I could pay. Not to mention the good deal it was. Nice big toy shop. All the serious toys. Very happy with the service. Even did the special orders aka pain in the backside without a fuss!

Different, less of each range than Sydney Tools, but more different categories. Total tools will sell a core hole drill to sds adaptor and only 3 types of 25mm holesaws, Sydney tools have no core drills but 5 types of 25mm holesaws. Neither have what C&L have. They all stay in business by having what the others don't have, and trying to have as much as the others do.
I give 5 stars because I have never had an issue.

Great shop layout that makes it easy to find what you are looking for. Staff have always been helpful, plus they have some pretty good specials on at times

Tired of B...ings rubbish, Total Tools has quality tools at the best prices. Why did I take so long to discover it.... Also great service unlike B...ings these days where you struggle to find anyone to help.
