Good food. Simple menu. Good yet non-complicated variety of drinks. Quick food service. Extremely friendly staff. Option to chose your own music. Plenty of TVs to see any Games. Nice atmosphere. Only downfall is lack of a/c - fans only.

I’m happy to say that this is my local and though I live nowhere near it, it’s still the pub I have visited more than any other over the last 5 years. I’m here before every home game at Suncorp, the beer prices are excellent and the location is superb for those travelling to the match or heading home via Train afterwards. I can’t speak highly enough of this pub and all those who give us great friendly service every time we’re there. Highly recommended.

Good food, great atmosphere, awesome staff. Standard pub fare and excellent prices. The staff we friendly, and the service was quick. Good for dining alone or with a few friends.

Great vibe, Karaoke was an unexpected bonus. Had jugs of bourbon and coke! A rare find.

Food was fantastic. Had the 400g rump steak (medium rare) with chips and salad. Generous serve of chips, steak was cooked to the way I ordered and the salad was a nice side. Staff were friendly and the beer cold. Our whole group enjoyed themselves

Walking past, on my way to my hotel and I spot an open air pub as I'm walking by with music going which peaked my interest being the thirsty and hungry traveller I am.

Ordered their 'boof stack' which is 2x 200g rump steaks with chips/salad and a pint of VB - a sight for sore eyes seeing that on tap! You're flat out finding VB on tap back home in Melbourne let alone 1600km up the road!

All up - only $36! Good deal!

Food came out quick, steak was cooked as per my request and the beer is cold, what more can you ask?

Good vibe, encourages patrons to mingle and chat with each other with the communal table setup they have going.

Music is a mix of modern and classic mainstream hits.

Open air style pub is an interesting concept in a city where it's warm and or humid, but if you don't like it, go elsewhere I guess.

Would certainly swing by again when I'm in Brisbane next!

Visited the Guilty Rogue on a Monday night with a bunch of colleagues after a long day of travel & conferencing.
Fixed menu was offered along with standard fare. The beer was cold with ample choice, bar and floor staff were attentive and friendly.
I had the ribs and can happily say they were the best I’ve eaten since the USA in the 90s 😁 Great chips & fresh salad.
Jimmy and the crew... be proud. You’ve got a good thing going!

Great venue with rotating special burger options - lunch for $12 with a $4 schooner can't be beat either (or $1 schooner if you get the weekly $15 special burger). Can get a bit loud and at peak times service slows a bit.

Good place to have an afternoon meal and bite to eat. Food is priced extremely well and the chef did a great job! It's a tight fit and busy of an afternoon but a great atmosphere.

Great vibe and atmosphere. Cheap and easy lunch deals. I had the john dillinger vegetarian burger and it was so tasty and one of the best burgers I have had - grilled haloumi cheese and an amazing house made zucchini and veggie pattie and zingy mayo on a delicious bun. Had to ask the server for vegetarian options as there aren't many listed on the menu and she was more than happy to help explain what is available. I was dining with a group of 8 and some ordered the chicken schnitzel and others the poutine and another the steak. Everyone was so happy with their meals and service. Everything cooked to perfection. Will be back!

My daughter and I stopped in today for a counter lunch at Rouge's.A rib steak meal and a steak sandwich,it was amazing
Quality and meal size so impressive,the chef is truly a talented cook.the bar staff welcoming and helpful and friendly.And to top that off with a group of musoes playing old style Celtic tunes playing in the back ground i felt like I was in a far of Irish Scottish village from day past.it brought a cheerfully tear to my eyes.

A great little bar right next door to the transcontinental Hotel opposite Roma Street!

After finding out the Transcontinental Hotel wasn't open for lunch to celebrate a birthday this was an excellent alternative with more than generous lunch servings and very helpful staff. Guilty Rogue is the cleanest hotel/backpackers I have ever seen.

Stayed at Base and got drunk in here mostly every night. Even when I left to get a shared accommodation I still come back here with mates as it is just a kool place to hang n meet people. Prices are good and staff are nice.

Excellent Large Windows to allow a cooling breeze in.

Love this place. Friendly staff, good selection of drinks and great music. Always end up dancing here for whole night!

Reasonable priced meal and a drink for a dollar, Dannie the bar lady is great, music us awesome for the older generation atmosphere very relaxing was great we dropped in for a bite to eat couple of beers great start to the evening
