We recently had our wedding on their Platform level. Everything was so well organised, the space was perfect and Ashley did such a brilliant job coordinating every single detail right from the start. Our guests had a great time and especially loved the dinner service! Would definitely recommend their function space if you're looking for a rustic, almost moody space with a great location and amazing vibes!

Aaron is the best bartender always friendly and makes a great mimosa. You should introduce a mimosa drinker of the year award and I would be motivated to drink more of them to win it, that’s my only constructive feedback. Cheers

Had a work function here with 200 registered guests and another probably 50 friends and family members. The space was more than large enough to accommodate us, the prices were reasonable and the food was amazing. Recommend highly

The food and staff are equally amazing. I had a wonderful experience. I’m currently in a wheelchair and they were more than accommodating with me. The pokies also seem to pay well. Overall I was definitely impressed and will be going back.

Arrived just before lunch crowd but was surprised to see how quickly they arrived. From tradies to lawyers. Great atmosphere and service.

Great upstairs venue to hire for Trivia! We’ve hosted a number of events at the Transcontinental in the private upstairs space. It fits 90 guests seated at large trivia tables well, and is well equipped with a large bar. Sound system is fantastic (given a recent upgrade) and overall staff are always excellent to deal with. Great venue!

Thank you so much to Ash and the team for creating our perfect wedding reception. Huge compliments to the chef, everyone absolutely loved their meals and have been talking about it ever since. The team were fantastic on the night and through the whole process. So incredibly happy we chose this as our venue.

I recently had my 21st in the craft bar and it was a really nice venue. Bigger than I expected and the staff were so accommodating and helpful with getting everything set up how I wanted it. Ashley was really helpful in organising the event and working out food and drinks for the night. The bar staff on the night were also super friendly and communicated everything super well to us. Really good experience here 😊

Great service from the barman, suggested specials and removed ingredients on a dish as requested. Food came out really fast for lunchtime rush 😋

A huge entertaining venue! Can be booked for Wedding receptions! Wheelchair entrance is available & restroom! Outdoor tables & chairs as well as a very grand indoor facility! Open for lunch & dinner! It closes at 10pm! On Monday night's Professional Musician Dan Munn holds a singing competition to give new artists a chance to achieve their goals! This goes for 4 hrs! Called the Guilty Rd!

Apart from being a good hotel, particularly staff-wise, being so close to Roma Street train station is a real bonus.
