The Learning Sanctuary Mary Street

My little one loves this place and as parents we love it too. It has such a great vibe and wonderful environment to learn and play. The staff are AMAZING and so very caring and attentive. I receive regular updates of how my little one is going throughout the day which is so important for my husband and I to make sure our child is happy and engaged. The place is always so clean and well kept which gives us such a great sense of security and relief. Terrific work!

Our son has been attending this day-care since he was 6 months old, and he absolutely love it. He's always thrilled to go every morning because of the amazing care and nurturing provided by the educators, particularly Yoko, Chloe, and Maria and other educators. We're confident that he's in excellent hands and feel completely at ease leaving him there each day. Well done to Hannah and Devina who manage the day-care, created a great environment.

My son has been attending The Learning Sanctuary - Mary St since last year when his previous centre traumatically closed. TLS has been nothing but supportive and wonderful during this transition. The educators communicate frequently throughout the day and provide a variety of experiences which I look forward to seeing every day that he attends. The centre also has a great outdoor space which my son loves.

Wonderful centre with caring and friendly staff. My baby started here when he was 7 months old and he grew so much during his time in the nursery. He was always happy to be with his educators, especially Ms Yoko and Maria Jose. Hannah and Devina manage the centre so well and have created a lovely environment for everyone. We moved to a centre closer to home but TLS Mary Street have set a very high bar. So sad to be leaving such a great place and definitely wouldn't hesitate in returning.

UPDATE March 2024 - our boy has moved to the toddler room and is absolutely thriving. The staff here are absolutely amazing and give so much love to our son, and have helped him develop so much in his physical abilities and his talking. 🥰

Our little boy has been in the nursery here since he was 8 months old. We absolutely love how efficient the centre is with communication and how excited every staff member is to see our boy (especially Chef Arlie, Centre Manager Hannah and Miss Yoko in the nursery). I appreciate the parent snacks Chef Arlie makes in the morning for us to take on our way to work, the pram parking, the drop-off /pick-up car parking availability under the centre for the days we drive in and that there are real-time app updates during the day for feeds / sleep etc. Our boy goes to two daycares to get the days we need, and I feel the point of difference in this centre is the excellent communication and that everyone goes out of their way to know the child and parents names!

All the staff members are super attentive and are doing everything they can to assist my son in his development with a new language. They are very welcoming, which makes me feel at ease leaving him there, and gradually, he is also adapting. In addition to being able to follow your entire routine through an application that makes it much easier to know how your day is going.

Great centre, the carers are great and take great care of your children. Their app gives you updates throughout the day if what's happening. The facility is clean and modern and the food is healthy for the children.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this center.

All educators are fantastic - really invested in the development of the children and incredibly caring, taking the time to understand the individual needs of each child. All educators know the names of all the kids - even those not in their own room. You can tell they truly care about all the kids in their care.

Management is fantastic - regular communication, quick to respond to all queries and they also get involved with the kids. You can see the culture they have built and how it feeds through to the whole center.

Even the on-site chef is incredible and always has the nicest things to say!

I would highly recommend this centre. The educators are amazing and takes care of your child like their own. My baby gets super excited and happy as soon as he enters in the daycare. They update the schedule on timely basis and provide feedback of your child. The rooms are neat and clean and it feels lively..such a happy place to leave your child for the entire day. I was little hesitant in the beginning as its my first child and didnt know if he will get settled but the educators helped him to mingle and made an easy way out..now I am very much comfortable and as a mother its a big thing. And last but not the least, The Chef is superb and takes care of your child's taste and can cook food according. 👏😊

I cannot recommend this place enough. Our little girl has been attending for over 2 years now and loves the place. What a welcoming environment for the kids, as well as the adults that are dropping off and picking up. You can tell the Educators really care for the kids and really do foster an environment to learn, grow and make friends. You can also reach out to them with any concerns or little initiatives you need them to be part of (such as toilet training) and they are very accommodating.

I feel that the biggest fear for a parent, when choosing a day care centre, is trusting that they will be safe and happy for the day. We trust these guys wholeheartedly.

Highly recommend! We were very concerned about leaving our little one, until we visited and met the team here at the Learning Sanctuary, Mary St. Her development has been excellent and she is always very happy to spend time with the educators. All of the staff go out of their way (including the chef!) to learn the kids and parents names, and they are always happy to accomodate any changes to her routine. They’re the best!

Having a great feedback with these place and its our 1st time to try and so far where so happy with The Learning Sanctuary they're really took good care of the children here. Thank you so much.

The centre has witnessed many of our older boy’s milestones. He loves the centre and has built a strong bond with the educators and made really good friends with other children. We recommend the centre. The educators are competent and caring to the children. The centre managers and the chef are all very capable and awesome!!! 😙

The Learning Sanctuary in Brisbane City has been a family away from home for my boys. You have no idea the trust and respect I have in Hannah and her team. Their ability to help grow my children’s capabilities, whilst making a fun environment and safe all at the same time. We have been attending here since my eldest was 1. He is now about to turn 5 and in his last year of kind and my littlest is almost 3. Being a full time high intense job travelling to the city every day for work and a FIFO partner they have been such an amazing support in raising my 2 boys. They have come so far in their learning especially my eldest, and their teachers are just so warming and inviting and nothing is too much for them. My eldest learnt Spanish in kindy this past week! Truly the best. Am so grateful for their dedication over the years. I trust them explicitly and would not trust anyone else.

My daughter has started in the nursery this year & she loves it. The staff are wonderful & the centre is clean.

My family cannot recommend The Learning Sanctuary Mary Street enough. The facilities are fantastic, especially for an inner city centre.
The Educators at Mary Street are kind, caring, passionate and so dedicated to the children. Our daughter transitioned to daycare so easily and this was due to the support from her Educators.
If you are looking for an early learning centre in the heart of Brisbane City, I would highly recommend The Learning Sanctuary.

Our son has been at The Learning Sanctuary Mary Street for nearly a year. Our son loves the centre so much. He just doesn't want to leave at the end of the day! The centre has been absolutely fantastic for his development. The educators are so great setting up all sorts of activities for the kids. We'd recommend any parent send their child to this centre.

Our daughter has been at The Learning Sanctuary Mary Street since she was 10 months old and she will be there until she finishes Kindy. She is nearly 3. We love the centre! It’s always clean and the rooms are very engaging for the kids. The children love the educators and have built good relationships with them, which tells you something. Our daughter has really come out of her shell at daycare and feels very comfortable. She eats a lot and sleeps like a baby, at daycare! I definitely recommend this centre. It’s perfect for us as we both work in the CBD in nearby streets and enjoy the commute in and home together.
