Nundah Village Family Practice

I had my first appointment today and the reception staff were so lovely and kind. When booking my appointment over the phone the staff were also very kind and easy to talk to. Dr Naga is amazing! I suffer from a chronic illness and very rarely do I have GP's listening to me, Dr Naga listened, gave excellent advice and care. It was really really refreshing to have a GP take that time to understand what's happening and work with me in my pain management the way she did.

I was seen on time and the staff were all lovely. Dr May Tsai was super considerate and friendly. I felt very comfortable and looked after here.

Had a telephone consultation today with a Nundah Village Family Practice doctor. Excellent service, quick, easy and informative. I was really pleased that the doctor could take the time to call me and provide a prescription and results of a recent blood test. Thanks to the customer service staff as well who set the consultation up and confirmed details - excellent customer service!

I like the service here. The receptionist talked with me about patience, and even my English is not good. The doctor was kind, polite and be careful in checking and talking about my therapy in the past.

Both my husband and I were able to get in for an appointment today re-paperwork. Doctor friendly manner, helpful asked questions and wanted to know more about my condition to get a better understanding in filling out paperwork. Reception very good in taking my details as a first time patient and answered any questions.

Dr Mody was really good. He put in a lot more effort than I expected for a last minute, unknown, first time booking.

I had very prompt and efficient service with my Doctor to day excellent service. The Nurse that me my vaccines was excellent top job.

Dr Simrun was very helpful and efficient - gave me a refill on my prescription and helped me out with a referral. Great practice 😊
