The guys at Rival bikes Wynnum are the guys to buy your bikes from this is my second new road bike purchase at this shop, I live on the Gold Coast and buy through this shop because of there friendly staff and great knowledge nothing is too hard and they don't try and push you into buying a bike that is not right for you.

Recently I have been doing some research into mountain bikes and with all the various websites out there I found Rival Bikes to be the most informative. Upon visiting Rivial Bikes this morning I was warmly greeted by one of the owners Donna. Donna is very knowledgeable about there products and finding the best fit for your type of riding and body type.

As a 6ft 4 bloke Donna made this process very easy for me and I am very happy with my purchase.

Dave was very helpful in providing the information that I need for my MTB (Trek X-Calibre 8) which are easy to understand and knowing from someone who have a very wide experience in biking. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly as well. Will definitely recommend this bike store.

Many thanks for supplying my new Electra Townie 3i EQ. I much prefer this style of bike compared to the mountain bikes ridden by some of my work colleges at Moomba in the middle of the desert but I think after seeing the new one there may be more orders to follow.

Shop has an impressive selection of models on the floor - including some of the top mountain bikes that are super hard to find. Dave (the owner) went above and beyond helping us with 2 bikes. After sales service and support has been exceptional. It's my first foray into Trek and so far it's been a real eye opener. Not only has Rival Bikes been great to work with, the bikes themselves are amazing!

Very helpful and upfront with estimated costs to provide a quick check of a bike I bought second hand for my son. They picked up straight away that the bike had a crooked chain and showed me the evidence to support this. I will definitely return for any other maintenance required.
