Priceline Pharmacy Ascot

I work in aged care. My client asked me to purchase her an emery board and some nail polish as her nails had not been attended to for some time. She had only a small amount of money for groceries etc so she had very little left to spend.
I purchased the emery board as it was only $2.50, but all the nail polishes were out of her budget.
I asked when paying if they had any cheaper nail polishes as my client had limited funds.
The absolutely lovely sale assistant (I wish I got her name) proceeded to go thru the drawers and returned with 2 bottles of nail polish which were brightly coloured but were exactly what my client would buy anyway!! She proceeded to give them to me for free!
It was just so refreshing to see that a young lady (she looked around early 20's) would go to such lengths to help make someones day.
Thank you so much to the young lady you made my clients day as she normally accompanies me to do her shopping but was unwell that day.
When she saw the nail polish and heard the story she felt much better.
Good on you, you are a great role model with a big heart!!!

The pharmacists at Priceline Ascot Village are remarkable. Over the past few years I’ve needed to start a number of new prescriptions and pharmacists have been helpful & generous with their time & advice. Since Toombul closed I know the queues of customers is lifted long but the team always take necessary time and attention to help us all understand the medications. Thank you

I gave been served twice by Nish and I cannot sing his praises highly enough. Nothing was too difficult a very cheery disposition and just the ultimate example of excellent customer service. Left the store smiling, keep up the good work Nish, they are lucky to have you 😊

After having a remote telehealth appointment with my doctor, I requested my script to be sent to Priceline Ascot. But it was only received through email and the original script wasn't received.

The pharmacy manager (Tom) contacted my doctor to make sure the script is sent out. He also kept me updated by ringing me couple times during the week. I have collected my script now and i'm happy.

I am always given great service here by all staff. Very friendly and always greet me as I walk in. The older pharmacist lady with blonde hair was exceptionally friendly and welcoming which really made my day and couldn't be more happy to help hold my things when I had my toddler in my arms. Small good deeds like this make me repeat customer.

The older lady who seems to be a senior pharmacist is SO lovely and always provides the best, in depth advice to patients with their prescriptions. Every time I see her at the counter it makes me smile

I was greeted by friendly staff and they helped me find everything I needed. the store is well organised and it's easy to see the layout and where everything is - no tall aisles blocking the view around the store. I was told you can have your scripts saved on file here, and they can help transferring them over from another Priceline store if you want this to be your new local pharmacy.

Staff went above and beyond when I needed advice and medication. Service was really quick and I felt like the pharmacist genuinely cared about helping me.

Great service today - Was asked instantly if I needed help with anything by a guy and girl at the front counter. They informed me I could order in something that wasn't in store if it was in stock elsewhere, which is very handy so I don't have to drive elsewhere. Also, all the aisles are labelled to find items easier. Would recommend this Priceline

Friendly service; amazing range of products. You can get a free health check at the station beside the pharmacist - blood pressure, weight, height, BMI, diabetes risk.
Convenient parking available at carpark directly in front of store.
