We needed help with fixing up an old apartment, replacing appliances and toilets. New oven wasn't going to fit unless the gas pipe is relocated, it was lucky that the plumber was scheduled to come in after the electricians, so they helped solve the problem.

Another issue we had was with a lightswitch in one of our bathrooms. After it was replaced, we found out that our extractor fan was on all the time. The electrians came back to fix the lightswitch, navigating through the complicated wiring system. So grateful for their amazing service. Also, I am sorry for taking a good chunk of their day with such issue.

After booking installation through Bunnings, O’Briens attended and discovered that the one of the toilets wouldn’t fit and gave me the measurements to use to find a set that would fit (and the best place to go to view them).

After cancelling with Bunnings (due to their policy on installations) and finding a toilet that would suit, O’Briens supplied and installed the new toilets.

They showed up on time and did a fantastic job, keeping me updated during the installation and cleaning up perfectly when they were done.

Highly recommend their services and would use them again.

Sam was super organised and worked 4.5 hours at the same pace he began and was obviously the superior on the job who exhibited great leadership to his partner Bailey who also worked hard

Had leaking water meter to underground water pipe joint replaced. Customer service persons and plumber were courteous and responsive and price was reasonable.

O'Briens provided professional service and went above and beyond on two parts of the same quoted works. We needed to have a hot water system temporarily removed for retaining wall works. They provided a small temporary hot water system to get us through a difficult renovation. A second part of the job was to fix a leaking shower. This ended up requiring new taps. O'Briens sourced these for us and installed over a couple of trips, at only materials as extra cost. Would highly recommend their services.

They did a great job installing ceiling fans and LED downlights for me. They were friendly, efficient, tidy and cleaned up the work area after completion.
