It was always lovely to shop at Chanel Brisbane Boutique. All the staffs are really lovely and nice to offer help. Matthew and Emrys recently helped me a lot with the new bag shopping and some old pieces repair process. They are always very friendly and professional when they gave me wise suggestions regarding to fashion and how to look after these beautiful pieces, who represent the best customer service team and Chanel fashion spirit. I had shopped the Brisbane Boutique for last 7 years, Tyler and Sue-Ann used to help me a lot too. Anyway, highly recommend to shop here if you like the Chanel brand and want to get the best help. :)

Always a pleasure visiting Chanel Brisbane. Recent years I have been guided by Sue-Ann with knowledge and care. Nothing is ever an issue or pretentious. Also recently interacted with Mo in lieu of Sue-Ann and too, left the store after great service.

It was my first time to buy from the Chanel Boutique in Brisbane and I had THE BEST customer experience from Simon. He really set the tone and went above and beyond in helping me choose the perfect sunglasses that compliment my face whilst considering my personal style. I mentioned to him it was my birthday, which was celebrated with champagne and a tour/education around the different Chanel pieces, and explained the significance of the details within those pieces - specifically the Chanel Boy Bag and the classic Chanel Blazer.

Simon wasn’t just a “salesperson” or “customer service rep”, he was invested in the client, and their experience, and tailored it to be such an enjoyable memory to look back on.

Simon has impeccable taste, goes the extra mile for his clients and is genuine in making sure you get exactly what you want. His knowledge about the brand was the icing on top, and it is refreshing to see someone passionate about things you’re interested in. Will definitely return back just to get served by him.

I always feel good coming in a Chanel shop. The staff, Paige makes you feel special.

I bought a beautiful little black dress with a metallic thread and a pair of beige and black Chanel flats that were absolutely beautiful! The Chanel SA's in this store are also really friendly too and even let you try things on if you aren't intending to purchase anything. The wait isn't too long to get inside and the staff help you a lot, like my SA Amy, who even brought things out that I may like and let's me know about stock and so on. You'll never get treated badly in this store! They have a good selection of Chanel classic flaps, too.

Nothing like my horrible experience in the Chanel boutique in Sydney where the SA said I was fat!

I had the most helpful and kind service from Amy and Phoebe at this Chanel store. I was visiting from Sydney and was looking for an item that was out of stock every where in Australia. Amy and Phoebe communicated with me via text and phone and helped me so kindly until I could finally purchase the item. In my experience, their service was the best out of all the other stores in Sydney. I would love to return to Brisbane and shop with them in the future. Thanks a lot!

It is Xmas and it is the holiday season. Didn’t expect to get in to the store right away in the afternoon on a sat. But I did. They also have most of the sizes of the shoes that I wanted. Just not the one that I really wanted so didn’t get anything. Catherine was very helpful and patient. Good customer service. I will come back.

I wanted to surprise my wife with a little trip in. Then we met a very friendly and very professional sales woman by the name of Kimmy. She was extremely helpful and the experience a total pleasure overall. If only more sales people could as amazing as her.

I had an excellent customer service recently on 16/10/20 with SA Bo . Very warm greeting and felt very welcome in the store . No line up or wait time and she really looks like she enjoys her job . Am glad I got her as the other women seemed very stand offish and unpleasant. Had previously ordered items through Bo via personal text and phone calls. Very easy process and hopefully other clients will be lucky enough to have Bo look after them . Love all of my Chanel purchases extremely high quality and elegant luxury items. Thank you Bo xo

Sue-Ann provided me with the best service I've ever had at Chanel, I've been to some in Paris, Sydney, Melbourne and other stores internationally. She was proactive, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend her.

Should have asked for the name, there was this gorguera Asian mid 50s advisor that explained me everything about skincare, tried a few products and was kind enough to hand me a sample to make sure I don’t regret my tone decision.

I visited the Queens plaza boutique this week just to sample the new Mademoiselle fragrance. I was greated by Maddi who not only was knowledgeable but very warm and friendly.
I am a loyal Chanel client and have been for many years but usually I purchase overseas as the service is always outstanding.
I have never had such exceptional service from Chanel in Australia.
I had no intension of purchasing products that day however my friend and I walked out with several new products not even one to which I went in to look at. She went above and beyond.
Maddy is a credit to your business and a young lady who takes pride in what she’s doing.

Nancy is the girl to see! She will be very welcoming and show all the bags you request and more. I was looking at 6 bags at one time and it opened up my eyes to other styles I’d never considered. Iridescent bags, rare coloured ranges etc. Thank you for a good experience it was very different to my bad experience in the same store about 3years ago
