After poor service from the online team, and receiving someone else’s order, I called this store and spoke to Sally. Sally was amazing and so very helpful, offering advice and allowing me to purchase the dress I hadn’t received. Not only that delivering it the same day so I had it for my function! Truly above and beyond customer service! A very big thank you

I was instore at Witchery Indooroopilly today and had the most wonderful shopping experience. All the ladies were so friendly and helpful but particularly Crystal who was assisting me in the change room. Highly recommend visiting this Witchery as they have a fantastic team who ensure shoppers have an enjoyable and seamless experience.

After an awful day dealing with Witchery in other locations, I came to this store to sort my issue and the girls were nothing but accomodating and sorted my issue no problem. The company should really be proud of this store and the workers there, wish I could say the same for some other locations.

Two lovely ladies served me today and handled my different returns with grace and patience. I was frustrated and they listened to my needs and we got the job done. I will definitely go back to this store. Beautiful layout too. Thanks girls

Crystal at Indooroopilly seems really stressed and unhappy in her job. I have compassion for that, except when it results in someone being rude to customers for no reason. Please don't take out your bad day on others when you're in a service role.
I've spent so much money at this store and have been such a loyal customer. I don't appreciate being treated like dirt and won't go back to this store after this experience.

I went to this store today and the man who serves there (Justin) apparently was having a bad day or maybe doesn't like his work. That was what my friend and I perceived when we were there. When we went to the counter to pay, he served my friend and then instead of serving me, as I was next in line, went to assist another customer who had not being waiting to be served. I was unhappy with the poor service and made a comment to my friend. The Witchery shop assistant overheard me which prompted him to come over and ask "what's up" in a condescending manner. I was upset from the experience and left the shop feeling disappointed by the appalling way I was treated.

I have no words. The CS should know why.
