C&L Tool Centre

We are humans and we make mistakes. They sent me the wrong tool, but they were able to send a courier to collect the wrong item, and give me a refund. I was able to source my tool from another local vendor so that I can have it before my deadline.

Situation resolved with little to none inconvenience to me, other than the fact that I have to make another purchase elsewhere. But that's life.

Unfortunately they sent me an email saying the tool I wanted was back ordered. I replied saying I wanted a refund. They credited my card promptly. For that I give them good marks for service.

It has been 4 months since I came to the shop last time.
I always use their website to shop. They process the order very quickly. After I place the order, it will usually be delivered to my home within two to three days.
Their shop has made a lot of changes, and the products are a bit more than before.
C&L has been my first choice for purchasing tools in the past few years.

Hi, What a positive experience from the team. I ordered some products and one product was out of stock(Discontinued). I was surprised when they offered the new one at the same price as the original I ordered. The products were all wrapped individually, sent together and were exactly as advertised. The postage was also fast. I recommend C&L Tool centre highly and will use them in the future. Thanks Again.

I am very happy with online ordering experience. First of all the price was the best I could find, even cheaper than Bunnings. Secondly, they shipped on the following day and I received the day after so was really pleased with this. Although they did not reply to my message about the order, I received the goods very fast and the price was the best so definitely 5 stars seller. Will keep buying from them for sure.

There was a slight discrepancy between the part number and the description so I rang and they picked the item from the shelf to confirm the part. I ordered it on Monday morning and paid for express freight, it arrived first thing Wednesday morning in Canberra.

Great service, thank you! I ordered from NZ and after initial checks that I was a genuine customer they delivered to my son in Brisbane. I’ll certainly look to purchase again in the future – with the uncertainty of sending items to Australia from NZ due to covid restrictions and delays it’s been a great option for me.

C&L are the bees knees of tools shops! I couldn't be more impressed!

Short version: They price match, their store is big, and they have tools that no one else keeps in stock.

I drove all the way across Brisbane to C&L in a last ditch effort to purchase a specific model of line trimmer. No one within 20km of my house had the model. Not only did C&L have a few in stock, they also had some sweet accessories no one else has.

The staff were generous in their effort to take care of me. One feller spent 10 minutes searching the warehouse to be sure I bought the right model.

I asked C&L to match the cheapest competition. Not only did they price-match, they absolutely massacred the competitors' price.

I'm now a customer for life. I almost never give 5 stars, but C&L are worth every one.

Fantastic service. Order two crow bars and for the price of one locally were delivered to local post office in less than a week. Saved me a 180km round trip to town to buy them. Wish more businesses had this level of service. Good on you

I ordered 5 Bessy clamps on Thursday morning and received them Friday morning before smoko l was using them less than 24hr after ordering OUTSTANDING!!! I was almost blown off My feet if you have to order anything from local businesses it takes at least two weeks I will be purchasing a lot more from C&L Tool Centre in the future.

I couldn’t find a particular battery grinder in my home town so looked on the net. Found C & L and ordered online. Pretty sure these guys had been affected by the recent floods so was prepared for a bit of wait. A day after I’d ordered on line my grinder was at my door. I couldn’t believe it. Best service ever. I’ll be back!

First ever visit this morning while in the area. This place is extremely dangerous if you lack self-control. Walked out with unusual items I thought were not sold at all in Brisbane. What a pleasurable well organised experience with *only* premium quality tools and friendly service. No ‘house-brand’ items that are always very hit-and-miss with quality. It’s a 30min drive from the opposite side of town, but I’ll definitely be back - worth the trip.

I'm living in Victoria, the shop is in Queensland. The order arrived much much faster than I expected. Also, awesome costumer service.
