Unbeatable service & a truly wonderful group of people! Ordered a guitar and not only was the guitar we ordered at the best price, every single staff we dealt with along the way was genuinely helpful.
We also had them look at our old guitar, for some adjustments.
It's clear the staff are knowledgeable & they enjoy what they do, and you never get the feeling that anything is too much trouble. They genuinely look out for their customers, and they deliver complimentary services effortlessly.
Their honest, patient & friendly approach means you never feel like they are trying to push you in any way, and that trustworthiness just motivates you come back to them for more lol

Amazing old style customer service. My guitar was packed like they personally owned the guitar: so HUGE props to the guys in the warehouse packing the deliveries.
If you're looking for a guitar, and don't live locally, definitely check these guys out, they will look after your purchase and make sure it arrives in perfect condition.

A fantastic experience. Went there on a Sunday asking about an output jack for my acoustic guitar, the staff member I dealt with was knowledge and patient with all my enquiries/questions. He walked me through and explained the potential problems I was encountering with my instrument. After I purchased the part he told me that if it didn’t work out for whatever reason I could come back and get a refund for it, which set me at ease. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly

I had a lovely experience with this company. I bought a guitar on line and the couriers failed to deliver it for some unknown reason. I emailed guitar brothers and spoke with David who proceeded to look into it immediately. So I didn't wait any longer he sourced another guitar from a competitor which was an hour away from him and personal picked it up and delivered it to my door. I could not of asked for better service. I will certainly buy from this company again and will recommend them to all my friends.

Bought a beginner bass for my partner and was assisted by Tannum, who was awesome! She was patient and super helpful, playing a few so we could hear them. She gave us plenty of time and space when needed so we could talk and make a decision, and was helpful, without being pushy, at advising on accessories. All in all, a really great buying experience and we will be back to support the store whenever we need something.

Had a fab experience here, the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate to your needs. There is a fantastic range of instruments, loads of guitars, mandolins, banjos etc. And tonnes of accessories. They also provide a luthier service if that's whats needed. 100% recommend. Got my 2nd Empress Bass Compressor, bought it from Guitar Brothers this time. David ordered the silver one for me as they only have the blue in display. Great service and the shop has a great vibe on it.

Best guitar shop in Brisbane! I was assisted by Jason and Mitch, I'm so grateful for their professionality and kindness throughout the whole process . Jason helped me order a cort guitar quite tricky to find and got it delivered even earlier than expected! Mitch assited me in the shop and was so kind in answering all of my questions, help me test the guitar and fit the perfect strap. I really recommend these guys! Thank you again!

Can’t recommend GB more strongly. Went in to scratch my musical itch after a few years off the tools. I was the frustrating customer that was in there for a couple of hours trying various instruments out but thanks to some genuine listening to my questions, the staff helped me find my way to the instrument that ticked all the boxes for what I was personally chasing. What’s important to note is that Jason actually led me to an instrument that was $250 cheaper than the least expensive of the instruments that I originally came in to try out. If that’s not the sign of a salesperson who wants a happy customer and takes pride in his trusted advice, I don’t know what is! Absolute legend! Be sure to find your way there and engage the staff with your questions without fear. They’ll find exactly the right instrument for you.

Why the heck have I never been here before! I bought my very first guitar when I visited here. It was pre loved so cheaper than usual but dam. These guys, funny and lovely. If any of them are single, I don't know how! Guitars! I love how there are rooms to practice and just wall to wall merch so good.

Guitar Brothers is the place to go, they are incredible, the customer service and information provided prior to making a transaction, really helps you make the best decision and that's why I love them. I've already done my research, but I really just enjoy hearing Dave, tell me the know-how because he's such a passionate staff member and music head. I recently snuck back in and bought a Vox AC15C1X and a Marshall 2525 Silver Jubilee with a cab and some more goodies. You guys are the real MVP!

Great help from the staff to help me choose my first electric guitar! I am loving it.

Have bought from Guitar Brothers twice in recent months — first, a Mark Bass 2x10 bass combo, and (last week) a Schecter Stealth-05 bass. Each time, they've happily held the item for me until I could get to the store (I live in Toowoomba) and, in the case of the amp, shipped one up from Sydney for me. Both times, I did a trade-in — my used equipment is typically in showroom condition, and that was very fairly represented in the changeover price they offered. Good pricing, and friendly professional service by staff who obviously know their stuff. In short, couldn't be happier, and Guitar Brothers is now my go-to store for good gear. Definitely 5 stars.
