I have been visiting this medical centre for over 8 years.
Excellent patient care by caring doctors. Helpful and friendly support staff.
Dr Chinnappa & more recently, Dr Jayasena, have been my regular GP’s over the years, both have been knowledgeable and proactive and extremely helpful in looking after my medical requirements.
The reception staff are friendly.
I book my appointments through the HotDoc app (which allows you to confirm your appointment and check in)
Makes life easy when it’s busy & there’s a bit of a line up at the reception desk.

Always treated very professionally by ladies at front desk and doctors there are awesome.
In regards to waiting despite how long it is every person is just as important as the next
If you think it’s an emergency then go to hospital
These people don’t deserve negative rants but praise for all the volumes of people they see in a single day. Six stars ⭐

I attend this medical centre as an ongoing patient although I wanted to give special cudos to the 2 gorgeous medical receptionists working on 16/05 morning
Such beautiful souls and perfect phone and customer service.

This place is great. We have been going here for years. Only problem is some receptionists are not helpful,other than that doctors are great.

Have had great experiences here at the doctor's. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the few drs I have seen do a good job.

We are a Training Practice for GP hence why it seems we change. They are usually only allowed a 6 or 12 month posting.
