Mad Burger West End

Brisket chips were pretty good (asked for no cheese)... I don't know about the other meats, but the brisket was surprisingly great quality, no fat in it. Chips a bit salty for my taste but doesn't matter when there's plenty of places around to get a beer.

We had an issue with Uber Eats today (it's totally on them), that we paid for our order, but we got charged and the order was "deleted" from our phone.
The manager was very patient and reach out Uber Eats for us many times. At the end, he prepared our order and I understand he was not going to receive for it as the order was not on his system. Me and my partner felt very appreciated it what he did for us.

I had a hot shots chicken burger with a regular chips. The burger tasted so good and chips were crispy. Really enjoyed the food. Staffs were very helpful and professional.

Such high quality burgers, sides and sauces! Excellent service and a great variety across the whole menu.

Mad Burger has some awesome vegan options! Including this baby on a multigrain bun with pesto, cheese, pineapple, aioli, roasted mushroom patty, bell pepper, lettuce and tomato. Was super surprised by how fresh the ingredients were! Everything complemented each other perfectly. They also have awesome vegan beef and chicken burgers. Plus the venue is really open and beautifully decorated with the outside seating area. Really enjoyed my meal and so glad to see more vegan options at non-vegan restaurants

I dont know why so many people so mad in their reviews here... I've just moved in to West End. I work late nights hospo when most food outlets are already shut. Ive hit MAd burger 3 times in the last three weeks. Every time the OG burger has been tasty, fresh and presented well. Fries good serve, salty & seasoned and soft drink cold. $18 for burger, large fries and soft drink combo is better value than most burger joints as well. Yeah you order from a screen and there is not much interaction with the staff, so.. its a fast food burger place..you don't need it! "There's only one table" Its a takeaway spot...you don't need a table! Ive worked in high end/ casual restaurants and bars for over 10yrs here and abroad, IMO There's nothing wrong with this joint! Visiting QLD for a long weekend in South Brisbane and this place was
1. Still open until 12; and
2. Staffed by awesome people who were happy to explain things and help us out.
Had the Mad Burger, the brisket and fried chicken. The burger and brisket absolutely hit the spot and were excellent. The chicken was nice but a little dry and definitely needed sauce.
Huge thanks to Itzel! She made our evening.

Great burger, great taste such a lot of fun sharing experience to others to eat out here. Delicious taste!!!! Great value of money.

Love the sweet potato fries. The burgers are great too, healthy, not super greasy. But really, I come back for the sweet potato fries and get a burger on the side.

99% of the time I get good service and good food here for my lunch and dinner.

Recently ordered off Uber eats and was amazed how good the taste/quality even the packaging was great! I really enjoyed my food and kind gesture, will definitely be using them again. Was a lovely treat 👍

Pratep provides the best service to us everytime, so happy and kind and always make sure my burger is freshly made and correctly!! I will always be coming back.

Burgers were absolutely amazing here, previously it was burger urge that topped my table but now it’s this place and not by a little bit. I got the New York classic and the chicken burger just melted into my mouth it was so juicy

My partner got the Venice and she said the same thing the burger was just amazing. Hats off to these people for the burgers they made
