I am a bike tourer on the road and Rian put in lots of work to try and find parts for me to solve some mechanical issues.

One of the parts couldn't be sourced in time and for the other I found a solution on the road.

Just want to say that the service I received from Epic Cycles and the work they did to help me out was top class.

Cameron from Epic Cycles was very helpful, he was even on duty last night at 7.30pm, which was very unexpected! He answered my message through the website portal, called me, answered my questions, they had my size, great price and sold me completely that I should buy from him. Which I did the next day after a try out of a friends Specialized Turbo Levo HT. Goodonya Cameron and Epic Cycles!
And now that I’ve been out on rail trails with it, the bike is a gem! Heaps of power, range of about 80klm on eco mode and after 104klm in two days, nicely tired but not anywhere near as exhausted as I would have been on my ordinary MTB and I got up two culverts that I hadn’t been able to do before! I have had my bike serviced here a few times and they always do a really good job with highly experienced staff.

We have also hired bikes from here x for a day of mountain biking when a friend was visiting from overseas and did t have their own bike. Simply collect for store and hire for a day of fun.

Thanks team for my new Specialised commuter. It’s a great replacement for my beloved steed that had to be retired. You guys did a great job at communicating with me about the progress on my order. It helped me to be patient with the supply chain delays. Thanks also for the hydraulic brake tip when I take off my front wheel. I will be back for tune ups before you know it.

I've had maintenance done on my existing bike which was fairly complex and they solved problems I was not able to troubleshoot and resolve; and I'm fairly knowledgeable.

I'm having Epic build me a new bespoke gravel bike right now and at every step the team at Epic have been just fabulous.

I have always found the staff very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They discovered cracks in my frame during last service and helped me through the warranty claim. Very pleased with the result. Also they provide service and sales on the Cycle Queensland Event. I highly recommend Epic for all cycling needs. Update: Still my LBS and same great service whenever I shop or just need advice whether I visit often or occasionally.
