Staff were friendly & went above & beyond to help me get the drinks I was chasing.

Staff always get bad reviews when people get refused, it's called the law drunkards ;) deal with it. I'm giving 5 stars to balance it a bit.

For my taste, BWS have a better range of wines than their competitors.

Conveniently located with limited parking for customers (unlike some others nearby) always stocked up and cheerful staff.
