Jack has been absolutely amazing in getting me all set up with my new ebike. His advice, product knowledge, and customer service were exceptional. He even helped me with the installation of a shotgun pro seat after the sale. Very friendly and competent all around...can only highly recommend!

Exceptional service from Denise! My two Rever e bikes were in the workshop for a clean and servicing. Denise was a really good communicator and kept me informed all the way of where she was up to. We were helped my Austin today, and as beginner riders we had a lot of questions! Austin helped us with everything we needed, and really took the time to work with us. We really appreciated the effort he put into helping us find the perfect bikes for us! He’s so friendly, and easy to talk to, and he made our experience at 99 bikes so easy. Jack the manager always makes sure you are looked after and today Denise in the workshop had my bike back on the road in no time, she was brilliant and I can honesty say each and every time I enter that store I walk out with a smile. Super helpful & nothing was a problem ! Awesome. 10/10 on all front service, product and good old fashion service. Thank you.

Denise from workshop was very knowledgeable and I guess she was concerned for my safety (I have a questionable old bike) so she fixed a couple things pro bono. Young fellas in the retail store were happy to teach me about bike maintenance while I was waiting. Must be a good place to work as everyone seemed quite happy.

Alistair in the workshop is absolutely fantastic, so kind and professional and patiently showed me the problem. He immediately ordered the part that is needed and will have it ready to go by Friday. I would definitely go back to this store for any future purchases or repairs because of Alistair. So refreshing to have excellent customer service and a top quality bike mechanic in Alistair.

I went in Friday afternoon and the Staff (I think their names were Jack and Phelan) were both so helpful and very genuine. They made the experience of buying cycling shoes and pedals very easy and gave me a lot of information 🚴

The team was super busy but Micheal took a quick look to give me a quote for my service to my Blue Avanti Montari 2. He made a quick adjustment for my derailleur until I can find space to make a booking.
