This guy goes above and beyond for his customers. We bought handles for our new kitchen after checking out the terrific range on offer and I was able to bring samples home to try out, no problem. Later on when I needed just one more handle as I'd miscalculated numbers, he forwarded to us at no extra cost. It arrived shortly after my call, by courier and very securely wrapped! Richie was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I took a really long time to make my final decision and Richie was patient and understanding. I asked so many questions and Richie was more than happy to answer them and give me advice. My handles arrived promptly and I love them. The range at Bauers is huge with a large display of so many handles. Their website also provides great photos, size and price details. I was so happy to find a local business that I could physically go to, rather than buy online from an overseas company and risk having to return them.
