Woolworths Mt Ommaney

A great shopping centre and our own business sparkleup is located there also next to Coffee Club.

First time at the complex very well set out plenty of cafes for a coffee or a lunch.
Both supermarkets there plenty of specialty shops and plenty of underground parking a very pleasant experience.

Great shop, helpful staff, always fresh stock and very rarely cannot find what I am looking for. I don't know if it's just my own personal perception but I feel as though Woolworths has a higher quality of food than Coles although that could just be a matter of personal preference. Overall I highly recommend Woolworths for all your grocery needs at mt Ommaney, and with lots of other shops in the centre I'm sure you'll find yourself browsing stores before you know it. There was a minor error with my online delivery order and Sally at this store was an absolute delight to deal with! She rectified the issue (not her or the stores fault) kept me updated with calls and was just so happy to help! I genuinely appreciate great service and a positive attitude!! Great experience!

The friendly guy at the checkout with the beard is one of the best customer service rep’s I’ve seen. It’s always an enjoyable and hilarious visit with him on. If he’s not the store manager he should be.

I’ve made a mistake and forgot to scan my everyday rewards card. Issac and Rurak (sorry I might have got the name wrong) were super helpful, helped me to refund the whole bunch of items and then rescanned them again. Thank you so so much, highly appreciate them willing to go thru the trouble. Thank you.

Best woolworths in the universe. Incredible. Wow. I don't think I want to go back to my local one anymore. It is always really well stocked.

Claire went over and above in her service. My friend was new to recharging his phone, so she walked him through the whole process cheerfully. I was very grateful for her intentionality and joyful disposition

There is a couple of gem staff in this store one of the ladies in bakery is always lovely, the other day one of the checkout staff were spool helpful right in the middle of the COVID craziness! And had a really good chat with one of the staff who supplies the shelves. Weird to find so many nice staff in same store.

there was a beautifully kind girl named Natalie who served me last sunday. she packed my bags very quickly and neatly and I was incredibly impressed. I had been having a really bad day and she cheered me up with her kindness and we had a lovely conversation. she lifted the bag into the trolley for me because I was having lower back problems. honestly wish more young people today would act like this young lady did! thank you very much natalie

Fantastic staff, if not a little slow at the checkout. Great meat markdowns, bakery is always stocked and they have a good variety of veg. Lots of space and I enjoy shopping here.

Great Woolworths. Stock all the things you expect to find. Great range of products at reasonable prices. Medium Wide isles makes it easy to get around with a trolley. Self check out is quick and easy. Great free underground car parking with no time limit. Friendly Staff.

Basic supermarket expectation, but staff are lovely, stock levels and variety are great, fresh foods are good quality and it's clean & brightly lit. Wide aisles make getting through with a pram so easy.
