I recently attended this practice after following Dr Moss from her previous clinic. The practice manager is kind, helpful and responsive on email. And as for Dr Moss - she is hands down the best GP EVER - kind, personable, able to identify and resolve health concerns that other doctors haven't been able to, and honestly just a gem of a doctor who is patient-centred and truly invested in the health and wellbeing of her patients.

Dr Jayakody an amazing doctor for the whole family. My little family of 5 have been seeing her for over 5years. She has seen me through 2 of my pregnancy and always there when we need. The kids love her and she goes above and beyond to make sure she is there when we need.

First day back at work in the new year, my son cut his head open at work. I took him to The Jindalee Village Medical Centre, they were obviously fully booked out being the first day back after holiday break, the lovely receptionist said if we could just wait we could squeeze in between patients. We only waited about 10 minutes, Dr Jayakoby was absolutely brilliant and so thorough. She had so much time for him and didn’t feel rushed at all even though she had patients waiting. She cleaned him up, bandaged the wound and gave him a tetanus jab. She was amazing, so impressed. The receptionist still had time for a quick chat and a smile as we were leaving even though she was clearly mega busy. Highly recommend this doctor!!!

Today I came in, in quite a state. I am not from the area but was driving through when I had a coughing fit and had to pull over. The staff were so accommodating and the doctor was lovely. Thank you all for helping me.

Dr Kosola is one of the most empathic Dr's I have ever worked with. She truly listens, has a vast wealth of knowledge and is extremely compassionate. I highly recommend Dr Kosola and her practice staff are also just delightful.

Easy to book, waiting time was short but that can vary based on how busy they are. Staff is friendly and Dr. Jayakody is fantastic at what she does.

Broke my hand; was turned away by another fully booked Jindalee clinic but this one saw me 3 times that day! Even put me in a cast. They too were fully booked when i called.

The receptionist who worked 11/12/2022 in the morning is an absolute gem! Really positive helpful customer service.
