$10 for fireball drinks but the cans are $16. the best club I’ve been in Gold Coast! DJ can keymatch and good song selection! the space is also so spacious unlike other clubs that are so small.
it was also FREE ENTRY when I went on 27 oct 2023
there was only ONE bartender that was nice to me.
bussie will clear your drinks if you leave it unattended.

Great music, spacious dance floor, drinks are not bad, customers service ok. Guards are easy. Crowd are so much fun.

I had an unfortunate incident happen at Arcade on Saturday night involving two men, at first me and my friends were going to leave and try to move on with the night. However, another club goer had informed security who then proceeded to deal with it amazingly. They were so kind and removed the men involved straight away, banning them from surfers for 6 months. I was also offered footage from the club in order to press charges if I wanted to. We were then invited back in to enjoy the VIP section if we wanted to continue our night. It was a bit of a whirlwind night but I believe the owner was there as well and also looked after us. It’s not the most comfortable thing to talk about but I think it’s super important to commend how they dealt with my situation. I am beyond grateful and can’t speak more highly of the security and the owner.

This nightclub is without a doubt one of the best on the Gold Coast, feel free to boogie all night long and grab a great selection of beverages at two of the best looking bars around.
The owners/managers are amazing and the same goes for their friendly staff. You will be sure to have the night off your life here!!!

Sweet club. Staff are super friendly and fast. Dj's are awesome. The Sound system and dancdfloor make this one of the best clubs on cavil.

A bit of a troll hunt to find the place though but look out for it if u like cruising through big tunnels.

Free entry and did free shot with staff giving stamps outside 👍 but security stood on my foot trying to kick someone out… ouch :( 👎

Is a relatively clean and fun nightclub however walking out of the bathrooms some eshay and his mates came up to me a punched me in the head, turns out they mistook me for someone else. Pretty unfortunately however leaving a review not because of this directly but because when we were on the way out noticed the bloke and his mates had just been let in again by security. Can’t hold them accountable for other peoples actions but certainly can for letting drunk and unfriendly/ aggressive people into their club. If you want to enjoy your night on the Gold Coast might be best to give this place a miss. Just my experience.

This club is the most disgusting place.

On the 23/9 my partner, friend and I went here. Was lured in with '6 dollar vodkas' for ladies only as according to door girl "ladies bring in the men" like ok its 2023.. grow up and stop sexulising women.
Get in and it was an absolute joke of a place.
The 6 dollar vodkas were half shots (which at door we were advised they are 6 bucks for just normal shot) false advertisement much!
Then the female toilets had no toilet paper, there was a male staff in the female toilet telling us to use hand towels...
We left after 5 mins. And expressed our concerns to some guy who was now on the door, he turned around and called our female friend Fat! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a male. My partner told him that and he then tried squaring up to my partner.

The staff and venue here have ZERO values/ethics/morals. The fact that management support their staff acfing this way and support false advertisement says alot for their business.

My friends and I came to surfers. It was pouring rain and we were drenched trying to find cover so we could look for our restaurant which we had a dinner booking for. We ended up outside the arcade which we asked the club promoter for some directions for where the restaurant was. He told us to “keep going then turn right” my friend is from the area and said that’s not where she thought it was. We asked him multiple times if he was serious because we thought he was joking but assured us he was right. The Staff member told us the restaurant had moved so we walked to where he said it was and surprise is wasn’t there. We called the place we had a booking for and they assured us they had been there for 6 years and hadn’t moved. He made us walk the complete opposite direction in the pouring rain. One of my friends has a broken foot and was in a boot. Honestly so disgusting and I will never be coming here. Very unprofessional behaviour from your staff. Happened around 9pm on Saturday 3rd December.
