I have been a patient with Marshall Lane Medical Centre for over five years, and would like to thank the team of GPs for going above and beyond to ensure patient care is the number one priority. They allow bulkbilling where available, and there has been so much compassion shown by the team to chronic conditions. I am absolutely grateful to have had Dr. Vaishali Mehta and being in her care has been fantastic. She has a great background on gastrointestinal issues, and has successfully referred and diagnosed me and referred to additional tests. I have been able to successfully manage my health condition thanks to this diagnosis, on top of other health conditions. The reception has been stellar and other GPs has been fantastic as well, shout out to Dr Sukumar, Dr. Piyush and Dr. Fariba as well. The dedication to have a great team of doctors is a lifesaver for so many. Thank you for being a stellar healthcare facility and thank you so much to Marshall Lane team!

I will never forget when I had a contraceptive device inserted at a clinic in newfarm beg of 2021.Upon wanting it removed I went back to the newfarm clinic who said they couldn't find the device .x-ray confirmed it had moved to my kidneys ..new farm clinic did nothing
they didn't care .I went to see the male Indian doctor here and told him what happened and how distressed I was .His referral for me into the emergency ward and operated on within a month.
I'm so grateful for the professionalism,understanding and the empathy he showed me.

The experience was warm and the whole was executed perfectly from the reception all the way to Dr Raj.
The Dr requested to be called a couple hours later as a follow up call to ensure that my 13 year old son was recovering better from food poisoning. I could hear genuine joy in the doctor’s voice when I informed my son was getting better which is extremely these days.

This place will be always our first choice when seeking medical attention.

Good GP Practice. Availabilty to see Drs is usually great. And pretty much always on time too!

Dr Vishal and Dr Vishali are our family doctor, since we moved from Melbourne. We just had a little baby girl, and its a safe feeling to have someone whom you can always rely on for your family at any point of time.

We have been using Marshal Lane for our whole family since relocating to Australia 5 years ago. They have always gone above and beyond for my family and have treated sensitive health concerns with professionalism, integrity and ethically. We have since moved, however have kept Marshal Lane Medical Centre as our doctor centre due to this.
The team as a whole, not just the doctors, have always made our experiences there very personal and generate a sense of calm for our young children too.

Dr Vashali has been my GP for years. I highly recommend her. She goes above and beyond for her patients and is very knowledgeable.

Felt very cared for by all of the staff in my brief visit. Everybody checked in to see if I needed help at every step of the way. The receptionist in particular took the time to introduce herself and make my experience smooth, despite the non stop phone calls and busy clinic. The acknowledgement and accountability by all staff was next level. I felt very visible and valued. Thank you.

Dr Anggoro was very helpful and professional. Did everything to his knowledge that he could do. He is such a happy and lovely spirit too! I definitely recommend with all my heart.

I love this clinic and it’s Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapist and staff. I’ve been visiting this practice for 3 years now and special mention to Dr Vaishali Mehta who listens to your concerns and acts accordingly, sending you for scans, blood tests or whatever is needed. Dr Vaishali has never told me that I need to book another appointment because I have more than one problem (something that would happen at another practice, making you feel stupid and that you are taking up their valuable time, regardless of the fact you have booked a long appointment). I’m happy to say that I don’t need to visit the practice as often as I did a couple of years back and that is down to Dr Vaishali’s wonderful care. Nursing staff are lovely and out you at ease also.

I find the doctors and staff at Marshall Lane Medical Centre are always helpful, courteous and friendly, and very competent.
My husband and I have been attending this practice for a few years now, and we do not have a single complaint. We extend our thanks and appreciation to the entire clinic.
