Gucci - Brisbane

I went to Gucci in Brisbane CBD last week (21/12) to make my first ever Gucci purchase.
I didn’t have an appointment, and waited about 5 minutes outside with one other person ahead of me.

Once we went in, my husband and I were greeted very quickly by Sammi, who was amazing and really lovely.

I knew exactly what I was after, and Sammi had no trouble helping out.
I even thought she was even going to be the first salesperson to crack my husband into his first luxury brand purchase, but alas, I will continue to fight that battle haha.

Overally it was a really nice experience and I would have no hesitation going back.

First time I purchased something from Gucci and the staff, Sammi was very friendly and professional. She showed us our seats and followed by a welcome drink. My husband was pleased and felt a VIP at that very moment 🥰 I purchased the limited edition Lunar New Year screener sneaker and very happy with my purchase as the shoes are comfortable. We will definitely come back at this store 🥰

Great service from Ronald at Gucci, while we were visiting Brisbane over Easter. Knowledgable, helpful and relaxed, Ronald made my time at Gucci a joy. I highly recommend you drop in and see Ronald and the rest of the team at the Brisbane store.

I can't speak highly enough of the experience I had shopping at Gucci Brisbane today. Greeted by Rachel Moore at the entrance with a glass of champagne accompanied by a tight selection of shoes and shirts in the flavours she knows
I like. This is the kind of service that makes me come back. Rachel gives the full Gucci experience. I walked out and strutted Down the street an overwhelming feeling of absolute satisfaction. Thanks Gucci Brisbane and thank you so much Rachel!

Popped into Gucci on Saturday to buy a new belt. Great timing as we were able to walk straight in and was greeted by Anne who helped me choose the perfect belt. She was very genuine and a fun salesperson, I'd definitely ask for her next time I go to Gucci. Overall a very positive experience!

Joyce was amazing, really helped pick presents for mothers day and birthday for my wife

Great service by everyone every time I visit this store. Always helpful in finding the items I am after. Once Ordered bomber jackets online and got sent to the store, staff was happy to keep it in store for couple of weeks while I was away.

I went in on friday night to purchase my first Gucci bag! My mum and I were being helped by Vicky, my mum had previously gone in before myself this trip and Vicky was so helpful, patient and her customer service and memory of my mum was top notch. Really made the experience worth it as I had my eye on a particular bag for so long! So a big thank you to Vicky for making the experience so special.

Had so much fun today at Gucci with the fabulous and gorgeous Gianluca - my husband purchased a pair of tennis shoes and we found our experience to be so authentic, relaxing and so nice to have a few laughs - will be back in a flash, and we hope Gucci recognizes amazing staff like Gianluca 😘

WOWW! while I have shopped in this particular Gucci a few times before the Service I received last weekend from not only the waiter with the delicious drinks but 1 beautiful lady in particular was amazing.

Charlotte Thank You for going above and beyond for me with helping me select the right colour scarf to match my features when I was so unsure and couldn't make up my mind, not only where you well spoken but you gave such a positive and fun attitude it felt good to be able to ask for your opinion.
It's nice to see that although you are in a high end store that genuine people are there to help.

My sister and I visited Gucci Brisbane on 07/08/22 and were greeted warmly by Vivian upon entering the boutique. Vivian was wonderful and provided such a happy and positive experience for us ! We were also consistently being offered drinks by the friendly male assistant which was a lovely touch also . The boutique atmosphere is very fun and hip - what you would expect from such a cool brand as Gucci! Another wonderful visit to Gucci and we can’t wait to go back again . Thank you Vivian you’re a true gem !

I don’t often write reviews like this but I have to thank the staff at Gucci today. The lovely lady who served me made me feel welcome and was accommodating to all of my needs.
My mother, who later joined, was welcomed to sit down and relax while I was fitting my items and I will be shopping here again, even if it is just for their beautiful customer service. cannot thank the staff enough for making us feel comfortable and welcome in their beautiful boutique.

First time purchasing anything from Gucci and I have to say, Tom and Anne from Brisbane city are both the most wonderful people! Such incredible consultants who go above an beyond. I can’t wait to be hosted by either again🫶

The young lady that served us was fantastic, she provided us excellent customer service from the start to the finish of our transaction.

It was a warm winter's day and she kindly offered us some San Pellegrino sparkling water as we sat and made our decision.

The young lady whom I forget her name (MY APOLOGIES) made sure that we got the correct fit and product that we needed.

I have visited the Gucci Store in Brisbane City for the third time now and would like to share my experiences here in one, as they were consistently great! The shop is well laid out and staff eager to assist and listen for my desired product.

For an expensive luxury boutique store i felt at ease and not pressured on any sale, the young lady was very helpful and assisted with my needs. The limited number of clients works for me and the produce and care and attention to both me and the product I purchased with amazing gift wrapping to the highest standard, it has been a pleasurable experience everything I have been here so thankyou Gucci! I'll be back soon 😊😊😊

Dropped in for a pair of loafers, the girls took great care of me, got me sized, in and out. The salespeople were absolutely wonderful, and would gladly return.

Always had a lovey experience at Gucci Brisbane. Tom has helped my partner and I find the items we have most liked, and not only given us similar options, but provided us with an extensive amount of knowledge on each item he reviews with us. He is warm, friendly and incredibly welcoming, and we look forward to seeing him each time we visit. I cannot recommend or speak highly enough of him - a wonderful asset to Gucci Brisbane.
