Absolutely beautiful doctor, empathetic, very compassionate and for the first time I felt like I was listened to. I highly recommend South Gippsland family Medicine. I left my appointment today feeling like I finally found my doctor.

Friendly, helpful reception staff make a visit to this practice a pleasure. Dr Nick is a wonderful, caring physician with the broad depth of knowledge you would expect from an outstanding general practitioner.

I needed a check of my op site post back surgery. They squeezed me in promptly when getting an appointment elsewhere seemed impossible. So friendly and helpful with resident nurse Belinda and Dr. Nik together providing the care and reassurance needed to continue my recovery.. Can't speak too highly of the service received here.

I've been attending this practice for about 10 yrs. Feel respected and cared for. Wonderful nursing staff for immunisation and care plan. Never feel rushed. Dr Nic is excellent. He listens and cares. Would recommend.

I've been coming to this clinic since I moved to South Gippsland in 2001 - so 23 years and counting. I must admit, I originally chose the clinic because they bulk-billed. They're a mixed billing practice now but still very affordable. I've always been impressed with the calibre of the GPs who have worked there over the years and those who are currently practicing. The reception staff are excellent, efficient and kind, the nursing staff are wonderful, as is the Clinical Labs blood/sample collector. I have always felt well cared for by this clinic and my various chronic conditions are well managed. That's why I stay with South Gippsland Family Medicine.

Doctor was very welcoming as my husband and I were new patients to the clinic. Doctor was thorough and very informative, answering all our questions.
Receptionists were extremely friendly, happy to have a chat. Overall, a positive experience.😀👍

My Doctor (Dr Nik Chanturia) gives his time and listens to me. He is compassionate and I trust his judgement. Dr Nik is very respectful.
I feel very fortunate to have him as my Doctor.
He is very popular within my community.
The Practice runs smoothly , generally on time and staff and nurses are more than accommodating. I give this Practice a definite five star rating.

I have been seeing Dr Nikoloz Chanturia at this clinic for at least 5 years and have found him to be thorough, professional and caring. It took me a few years to find a doctor in the area that I'm happy with so was very pleased when I came across Dr Chanturia and haven't looked back since. As you can see, I would highly recommend Dr Chanturia.

The doctors and professional staff are amazing. Despite being very busy they always try to " assist " me anyway they can. I am so thankful that they are available.

Excellent service. Doctor put the patient first. No deadlines or time limit. Listened to the patients concerns and had a plan for health improvement.

A first visit with Dr Chanturia. I felt respected and "heard". All issues are being addressed.

I was an early appointment, so no waiting. My doctor is fantastic, never rushes, asks lots of questions. Then comes up with solutions, while always being kind and caring to me.
