The store was the only one that had the E-MTB that I wanted in stock and because I don't like to wait once I've made my mind up we head over to Indooroopilly. From the minute we walked in the door Joe was AWESOME. He set the bike up for me and even went above and beyond by taking off the dork guard 😂. Tweaked the dropper post height and pressure in the suspension. He was incredibly helpful to deal with and because of his service alone I'll definitely be going out of my way to return to this store over ones closer to home. Thanks Joe!

I wanted to express my thanks to Alex and Thomas. I bought an eBike from 99Bikes online that unfortunately turned out to be too small for me. I brought the bike in to the Indooroopilly store and Thomas initially assisted me with reviewing my fit and agreed that I could do with a bigger frame. He then spent quite a bit of time with me looking at options and being conscious of my budget.

I never felt pressured to buy another bike or “upgrade” or “downgrade”, but Thomas provided me re-assurance that the satisfaction guarantee would be honoured and that the 99bike team would ensure I was ultimately happy with whatever bike I ended up choosing. I stuck with the original bike for a couple more days and ultimately decided I wanted to upgrade to another bike.

I then got in touch with Alex at the Indooroopilly store who has been outstanding throughout. He sourced the bike, communicated to me throughout the process, and answered my many queries without fuss. I’ve now got the new eBike (Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 500) and I absolutely love it!

A shout out to 99 Bikes Indooroopilly and the high quality customer service provided by Harrison. I was in the market for an e-bike and Harrison assisted greatly in my decision making. He was both knowledgeable and considerate of my intended uses for the bike vs price point - all without any 'pushy salesmanship'. Overall, a refreshingly enjoyable retail experience.

We went to the store just to look for bikes and were assisted by James.We told James we are here just to look.Nevertheless, he provided a wonderful service showing our 11 year old different types of bikes and giving us good suggestions.Much appreciate his awesome demeanour.

Boxing Day - end of day closing time - bike mechanic Johannes @ Indooroopilly willingly and skillfully helped fix the brakes on my small child’s new bike - that the Christmas elves who built it couldn’t quite work out! Thank you!! Awesome :)

Came in with a flat tyre and the service department fixed it straight away and the young man was very helpful and happy to show me and explain what he was doing. Awesome service.

Team at 99 Bikes Indooroopilly are amazing. Called in on a Saturday afternoon with a problem, Alex from mechanic team engineered a solution and resolved the problem immediately for me. Was very relieved they were able to repair my stuff up!! Great team, great service!! Thanks guys

I'm an older, overweight lady. I was a little scared of going to a bike store. Not once did I feel unwelcome, awkward or embarrassed looking for my bike. The guys that helped me were glad to help, informative and super nice. I was helped from the moment I walked in to the store. I was treated with respect & sincerity. That means a lot to me. Thank you Max, Sam, Craig for making it not awkward or embarrassing.

David was super friendly, and very knowledgeable. Felt very well served, and my partner and I will definitely return.

Went to see the team at Indooroopilly about a new bike. Kadel was amazing and really looked after me. I would 100% recommend these guys. They are humble, kind and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they answered all of my questions. I love my new bike. 😁

Went in to Indro recently to get some shoes, great advice and patience, especially with my relative inexperience. Bought a great pair now ready to roll.

Went into 99 Bikes Indooroopilly twice recently and James helped us out - best customer service!

James patiently accommodated all our requests to customise the bike to suit my son; he took the time to kindly show my son around his new bike; and then he helped us fit the bike in the car.

So I went back there for assistance on another bike the next week, and again he was amazing and went the extra mile to fix a problematic chain.

I was out of town for a week and received a notice of a really good sale ending before my return. I purchased two items on line (click and collect). I received two texts (when each item arrived and was ready for collection). I collected both items, easy as, complete in a couple of minutes. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size helmet, called the shop and they swapped it out immediately for me. Great system, great service and great customer service.

Prices are certainly not bad and if there's ever an issue with my bike diagnosis is pretty quick.

Friendly staff again with decent prices for most things I've checked out. I've bought and been bringing my bike back to the Indro store for most of my work since they were at the last store location, so good job on quality work.

Max from 99 bikes Indooroopilly was awesome.

My partner and I came in not really knowing what we wanted or price range.
He had heaps of knowledge and matched a bike that suited our needs. He didn’t try to upsell and was truthful when we asked questions.

He went out of his way to fit the lights, and help us chuck it in the car.

The team are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and expertise. After crashing my bike and needing a report for insurance, I was seen immediately and provided a comprehensive assessment of the damage. Such fantastic service.

My bike gear lever snapped Saturday morning which left me in a pickle as I needed it to ride to work that afternoon. I gave these guys a call and Max answered (still unsure if that was his name or the level of service he was about to offer). They were able to fit me in at last minute and had my bike fixed within 2hrs allowing me to ride to work that afternoon. I can't thank the team enough and will be making 99 bikes my first call in the future.

Just bought a Merida bike and had a great experience. Tom gave some great advice, spent considerable time going through options and made sure I was set up right. I’d highly recommended this store.
