If you want a small locally owned bike store with old fashioned service and follow through - go here! Jason and his team are now my go to bike store and I can't recommend Ryan enough for his attention to detail and making me feel like his only customer. Will use the guys time and time again.

Great service! I took my bike in to get some new tubeless tyres fitted and for a bike fit. The whole team were great with advice on the right tyres for my riding style. I recommend getting them to set the tyres up for you as tubeless is a bit hard and messy.
The bike fit with Ryan was brilliant he took his time, understood what I was looking for from the bike (I’m not a racer just an enthusiastic cafe rider) and adjusted the bike accordingly. We made a lot of changes, and having just finished my first post fitting ride I am over the moon with how great my bike is feeling.

Recommend Ryan for all mechanical work, good mechanics are hard to find but great mechanics like Ryan are super rare these days. After an issue (my fault), Ryan went out of his way to work with me to get it resolved. Highly recommended.

The team at Indro were super friendly and helpful throughout getting a set of wheels replaced. Very happy with the service they provided for me, in particular, Jason, who had to deal with my constant follow ups.

Great Service and Knowledgeable support. I went to them to build a custom gravel bike. I brought the frame and an idea of what I wanted. The team at Giant Indooroopilly looked after me and put together component ideas, after coming to an agreement and a few months of waiting for parts the bicycle was put together and exceeded all expectations. I have to thank Ryan for his great expertise and patience in getting the job done. Keep up the great work team!

I contacted Kristi last week with a broken boa cable which I needed replaced ASAP as State Champs was only a few days away. She contacted the suppler straight away and had a replacement one shipped out on priority and arrived in a couple of days. Thanks again Kristi!!

Can not give the guys at Giant Indooroopilly a big enough rap. Excellent customer service from the whole team but especially from the guys in the workshop who went over and above in sorting the issue with my e-bike. Highly recommend for sales and service.

We needed a new bike for our 7 year old.

We spoke to Zach and can't speak more highly of his customer service. His product knowledge was excellent. He was very patient with us and ran us through all the specs so we knew exactly what we were buying and patiently addressed all our questions. Our son excitedly walked out with his brand new XTC JR 24. I reluctantly asked if he could help us load into our small boot and he happily did without any fuss. He also happily cut my bike seat stem for my own bike at no cost as it was too long stock standard for me.

All in all was a great experience from start to end. I'll be back.

After a recent service I went back with a minor concern and was treated so professionally and patiently. My concern prioritised and rectified, then rode this morning...perfect !

This team have been instrumental in our cycling journey, their guidance and support throughout has been second to none. Setting me up initially on a road bike after a 20yr hiatus from racing to supplying and fitting bike parts at short notice due to pending races, to refitting me and helping post binning said bike and getting me back up and going quickly in a COVID affected market. Their customer service and expertise in all things road and MTB related has resulted in numerous returns to purchase some MTBs (yes more bikes) and several visits for maintenance (due to me flogging my equipment) over the years. Your in safe hands with this team, I’ve ridden giant since I was 15 and they haven’t let me down yet. So do your self a favour and head on in to see the team.

Just a big shout out to these wonderful people, binned the bike and couldn’t find anywhere in the country with a rear derailleur hanger, these guys had one shipped it next day bike is fixed now in 10min prior to heading interstate.
Service like this would warrant spending all your bike coin with them, thanks so much legends.

I normally don't write reviews so this bike shop must have left a good impression on me. Great old fashioned personalised customer service, reminds me of the good old days. They are pretty good mechanics too!

Jason and Ryan are excellent! I've always had fantastic service and advice from them and they have looked after me and my family very well. They listen to your needs and do their utmost to do the right thing by you. I thoroughly recommend Ride Indooroopilly to anyone needing a bike or cycling accessories.
