I have been a patient at UQ Health for several years, and I am consistently impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the doctors. In my experience, Chinese doctors often have biases and prejudices that lead to misdiagnosis, and they frequently prescribe expensive Chinese medicine that does not work for my body. However, UQ Health doctors prescribe only the necessary medications that fit your specific diagnosis. They also provide valuable advice and referral recommendations.

The psychiatrists and psychologists at UQ Health are highly sought after, and you may need to wait a few months for an appointment. However, making an appointment with other GPs is quick and easy. I also appreciate the kindness of the staff at the front desk.

Overall, UQ Health is a top-notch medical center that I highly recommend for their professional, friendly, and effective medical care.

Dr Andrea Panitz is a caring and devoted doctor. I really appreciate all she does in going above and beyond to ensure I get the best patient care possible. She is one of the most empathetic and understanding doctors I have ever encountered and I look forward to every visit I have with her :)

I came in concerned about a lump behind my ear. I was greeted with friendly and prompt service. They took my details and then examined me thoroughly. They explained to me exactly what was happening and how it occurred. I left within a hour with a prescription.
They were very helpful and reassuring. I give them 5 stars :)

I've been going here every week or so for the past 8 months and have had a great experience. The receptionist staff are all lovely and compassionate people yet very professional. They have some of the best and most experienced doctors I've ever had. The only downside is that the clinic does get pretty busy at times which is pretty understandable since they bulk bill and as another person here said, there's about 50,000 students at UQ. You will have to book ahead a day or two, but that's certainly not unusual for a good health clinic. I know I'll be sticking with my GP here for as long as I possibly can.

Dr Andrea Panitz has been my doctor over the past year and a half as a UQ student. I really appreciated her compassion, kindness and the level of medical care I was given. She stepped me through my hesitation to try medications and it helped my mental health to have someone to talk to. She was always on time with telephone consults and overall Dr Panitz has been an excellent and compassionate doctor for me.

Reception has been very friendly, helpful and efficient. Once I felt uncomfortable when a medical receptionist became irate and rude over the phone with me as there had been a miscommunication and she said that ‘you should know better being a medical receptionist yourself’ (I am a medical receptionist at a GP clinic). This experience was not a representation of the other medical receptionists who were always kind and helpful.

Been there for many years and generally very happy with the service. Things have been much better under Dr Rosy Dobrijevic s management. She is also my favourite doctor. She is just exceptional, so kind, caring, and thorough with great updated knowledge. Always goes mile's further to help her patients while thinking of ways to save their money. I am forever grateful to her. Also appreciate Dr Andrea Panitz. It is true that sometimes you have to wait quite a while but it is worth it. These great doctors have been going well beyond the slot of time they are paid for just to give patients the best care. The reception team have been great to me too

I went to this clinic several times and doctors were very professional and digging deep to find the root of the disease. One day I ate old tuna, which was full of bacteriogenic histamine and got scombroid fish poisoning. I ran to the clinic in the evening, when it was at the brink of closing. Obviously, I did not have the appointment, but the receptionist did not kick me out. Instead, they called the nurse, the head Dr. and med student and they were treating poisoning very professionally and constantly monitoring. They did not leave the clinic until poisoning got better, even though it was evening. They didn't charge me a single penny for that. That day I realised that clinic staff cares about you.
Drawbacks: Sometimes, the reception staff looks a bit stressed and your appointment might be late by 15 minutes. You can get $40 penalty for not showing up on time or forgetting about appointment. However, the overall service is outstanding. It is always possible to get the appointment with Dr. within 3 days.

Dr rosey is heaven sent. What a lovely human being and a great practitioner. It's hard to get an appointment with her but so worth the wait. She treats you like you matter, listens to your concerns and advices the appropriate treatment. The receptionists are also lovely.

I just have good words for this place. The receptionists are friendly, and they really care to give good attention, very patient and kind. Also, I have the best impression of the doctors especially Dr Rosy and Dr John Bennet they are great professionals. Finally, I have the same impression of the nurse, she is very nice, and an excellent professional.

I recommend them 100%. I have had many health issues this year, this place has been literally a lifesaver. I went to a public hospital and they missed signs a life-threatening condition, Dr. Yates at this practice opened a last minute spot for me and saw me when I had a lot of pain, actually cared for me and diagnosed me so quickly that I didn't have any long term problen. They are sometimes so full that you might have to wait a little but it's totally understandable given the amount of people they see. The nurses and reception staff are superb too.

Came for an ankle injury, they were very helpful and nice. Especially the nurse Denise who's amazing. Thanks again!

The receptionist are very kind and patient, and explain things you don't know. My experience with doctors and the girl who takes the blood tests have been good, as well as vaccination.
Overall a good experience.

Lovely experience, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When first opening at 8:30am they already had a line of six people and worked efficiently to serve everyone quite quickly. Would recommend getting a morning appointment though, as they seem to get busier as the day continues.

I had a very wonderful experience at the UQ Health. There are some professional, kind and considerate doctors and nurses, such as Dr. Rosemary who helped me make the Ear Syringing successfully as well as recommended me a lot of useful medical advice. I deep appreciate it!

The staff here are always so friendly and accommodating, even when the place is full of students. They are very patient with students where English isn't their first language and appreciate it when people turn up on time for appointments or phone prior if they can't make it.

The care and service at this clinic is matched by none. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The women on reception are exceptionally kind and professional and the medical team are exemplary.

very nice person and best of all, it’s holiday so I don’t need to pay more! Doctor are very patient, clarify everything that you need to pay attention, but remember to ask more if you have any doubts.

If u can't do it you shouldn't book it, total waste of time

UQ Health Care has always been my trusted clinic, and both reception staff and doctors have always been lovely, and treated me with kindness and respect. I couldn’t recommend a clinic more!
