We just finished our lease early with JPM and the experience with Josie has been amazing. Josie has been not only supportive of our break lease but stepped us through the process allowing us to source new tenants to save advertising costs and ensured we knew exactly what we had to do to ensure we would receive our bond back quickly. It has been a pleasure to rent through her business and would highly recommend her to any landlord or tenant.

I have been renting through JPM for almost a year and I can truly whole heartily say that josie and her team are the absolute best realstate company in QLD or even Australia. The attention to detail, the promptness, the kindness and understanding you receive from josie and her team is something money can't buy, truly a professional and extremely loyal realstate to be with.
And although my comment sounds scripted, truly no one at JPM has ever even mentioned a review, I'm not usually one to leave reviews, actually I've never left a google review but I just had to give a shout out to an amazing company.

I have owned rental properties for around fifteen years, and in that time, had almost as many property managers. A few years ago after a succession of bad experiences with property managers, I contracted JPM with a view to managing my properties after a recommendation.

From our first meeting, I got the impression Josie was a straight shooter and knew what she was doing. On that basis, I handed my properties over to Josie to manage on a trial basis.

This impression has remained true and since Josie has been managing my properties, my life has been a lot easier. Josie is fast, efficient, always returns calls and is on the front foot with regard to everything about my properties. And equally as important, she gets on extremely well with my tenants as they know if they need anything addressed, Josie will be straight on to it.
With service of this calibre, I look forward to dealing with Josie for many more years to come.
