Absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable service! The lady who helped me find our daughters music list equipment was very friendly and helpful. The shop is amazing with lights that have been made out of instruments! They have a lot of equipment and I'm sure if they don't have it in stock they can arrange to have it for you. After 6 weeks instead of the initial ETA of 3 weeks, we picked my son's 2B liberty Trombone. This was for a basic service that also included removing some dents plus a 2cm wide dent near the bell.

We are amazed at the skills displayed by the brass repair specialist. The Trombone and the mouthpieces are no longer recognisable as they are shiny and all duty is removed.

They have removed dents that we didn't even notice before and in such a way that we now can't pinpoint were they used to be.

We truly are blown away and the 6 weeks wait was very much worth the wait :)

Are we ever going back to this store ? I think it is simply a no brainer YES

Great service, had exactly what I needed.

Bought an Ergobrass attachment for my trombone now I have arthritis this really helps and improves my posture. The staff expertly fitted the equipment and gave expert musical advice on using mutes and performing with the attachment. Well done BMS

I couldn't be happier with the service and assistance that I received from Brass Music Specialist. They restored a 40 yr old Trumpet and made it look like new, once again. Just what my family and I had wanted... so that it could be passed on to the next generation, in my family. They also helped us find a new suitable, robust case for it, as well as replacing the missing Mute, that we no longer had. There were a number of other items, that were required, to keep it in full working order, that they were able to make recommendations, as to what was suitable. My Family and I are grateful and thankful for their professional and obliging, customer service.

Great shop. If you need to fix your instrument, go there. Todd has fixed my trumpet many times. He is a fabulous repair technician. Honest, incredibly fast and precise.

Was going to give them a lower rating as the service when we went to purchase a sax for my son was a bit rushed.
However they totally redeemed themselves when we had to take the sax back as the register key wasn't operating properly and they exchanged for a new instrument without a fuss so big thanks for your help.
