My partner and I have visited numerous bed shops in the Jindalee area, but none compare to the exceptional service provided by Lynne at 40 Winks. From the moment we walked in, Lynne offered genuine assistance without any pushy sales tactics. She took the time to understand our needs and budget, patiently guiding us through the options until we found the perfect mattress. Her expertise and dedication made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Lynne and 40 Winks Jindalee for their outstanding service!

This will be my forth mattress and bed ensemble from 40 Winks Jindalee. I have been coming to this wonderful store for over 10 years, the staff and owners are just very patient and helpful and this time Lynn was absolutely wonderful with her help and understanding with my sister who sadly has a mental illness. My sister required patience and understanding and Lynn was able to help direct my sister to exactly everything she wanted and she is happy not to mention the products sold here are always high quality and affordable. Why would I shop anywhere else? I highly recommend shopping here for your bedroom needs as this store really offers great service and products that have been able to meet my needs over the years. Thank you Lynn and the team for helping me with my sisters purchase, I really appreciate it.

Fantastic service from when we walked into the store. We were left to try on our own and then a consultant came over to answer our questions. It’s not often that you get such friendly service. Our delivery arrived as promised a week later.

We utilised a 30 day change over option for the brand we purchased and changed to a firmer mattress - so a very big shout out to Gus for all his help, perseverance and chasing up to arrange the swap over and delivery for us.

First purchase - custom super king headboard. Sale was excellent. Minor delays with delivery due to COVID but Gus took the lead to keep us up-to-date with the changing situation. Overall, very happy with our purchase and service. The headboard was measured perfectly and the quality, excellent. Thank you Gus for your solid efforts to ensure our first experience with your store was a pleasurable one. Highly recommended.

Melissa at Forty Winks Jindalee helped my wife and I with the purchase of a mattress and bed for ourselves. We have bought many mattresses over the years however her knowledge was fantastic and therefore helped us understand even moreso which mattress and bed would suit us best now. Buying a good mattress is so important and therefore having a person like Melissa will not only help us but others who want great advice.

What an amazing customer experience! I attended the Jindalee store to upgrade from a Queen to a King size bed.
I had no idea what I was looking for and needed a fair bit of assistance.
Gus was absolutely brilliant and extremely knowledgeable! He explained in detail our options, pros and cons. He was able to find our perfect mattress and base. I am now sleeping better than I have in years.
My Mum recommended Forty Winks Jindalee and Gus to me, now I am passing on the same recommendation.

Just did a second purchase here with Michael. He is genuine, knowledgeable and helpful. Got a great deal (again) on a mattress for one of my kids. Wouldn't hesitate to head here when our mattress dies. PS I love the smell of the store

We experience helpful and understanding service during our visit at Forty Winks Jindalee. The owner Michael was so lovely, honest, accommodating and patient. We have been bed shopping for 2 weeks and this was the most pleasant shopping experience we have had. Would definitely visit Michael and his team again.

Vicki was our assistant on our visit to the store and she was terrific. Knowledgeable yet not pushy. With her help we now have more direction and education on the best mattress for us. Very positive experience.
