Yet again, service at the Jindalee store has been superb. Theresa is so very caring and knows her stuff. We are very happy with each of our purchases over the years.

Excellent quality furniture. Have bought from here a number of times and the service at purchase and follow up support has been brilliant. While the furniture is a little pricey, it is well worth it. You get what you pay for. Some of my stuff is a few years old and still looks like new

When we downsized to Sinnamon park 5 years ago we need a new extendable dining table for our patio. The Morocco Extending Table from the Furniture Shack immediately grabbed our attention and after due diligence, we bought one. It has performed well and was noticed by family and guests. Now, our son has moved and needs an extendable outdoor table that will seat 12. He liked our table and has settled on the Morocco after checking out all the alternatives from other retailers. Compared to similar tables, it is more sturdy, has a better extension and locking mechanism and has a longer warranty for a competitive price. I expect he will be as happy with his as we have been with ours.

We recently went to the Furniture Shack Jindalee for the first time and ordered some of the most beautiful outdoor pieces and we were really happy with the customer service received from Ashleigh and Tamara. Very professional and helpful staff at jindalee TFS. Tamara gave us great suggestions on our mix and match outdoor setting so that we bought beautiful as well as personally practical for our space and comfort. They truly back their products as being the best quality and did not hesitate to replace my outdoor table that first arrived with a few scratches. The delivery people were equally helpful and very courteous and arrived prompt after calling ahead for delivery. They even presented me with a lovely scented candle in a modern concrete holder as a Xmas present - very thoughtful and I thought a nice personal (and rare) touch. I’ve already recommended TFS to a family member who loved our setting that much she went out and bought the same. Overall, great people to deal with at Jindalee and the company produces a quality product.

I live 5 hours away in a small country town. I had been looking for a suitable outdoor setting for almost a year and decided to try some places in Brisbane. Most places have the same ranges of furniture. The Furniture Shack in Jindalee had some lines of furniture I had not seen before. In 10 minutes and with the help of the staff I had selected a good quality setting for the right price but what I was most impressed with was the service I received after the sale was made. As the setting was a mixture of two separate settings there was a short wait for it to arrive in Australia then be delivered. I was kept informed of the progress all the way through. There was no delaying, no talking rubbish or making excuses, when I was told a time for it to be delivered it was there, service that you don't normally get in todays world.

Fabulous range of outdoor furniture and accessories. I recommend the Morocco extension dining table in black which extends to accommodate 14 people! The chairs are stylish, comfortable and stackable.
