Loved shopping at Eureka Jindalee. Their customer service is outstanding! Matt and Aimee are both professional, friendly and they went to extraordinary lengths to work with me to get exactly what I wanted. Their delivery was quick and the end product was of exceptional quality. Thank you Matt and Aimee…you are legends! I’ll definitely be back to purchase more of their furniture. Thoroughly recommended.

We have just at arrived in Brisbane and purchased a house and no furniture to put into it. Danielle at Eureka was amazing in her advice. When we popped by the next time, we met Claire. Between them and the January sale, our house looks beautiful! Because we hadn’t moved in yet, we misjudged the lounge space. Thank you Claire for allowing us to cancel some items and replace with outside furnishings. we love what we have bought, love the advice that we were given and wouldn’t wish to shop at any other Eureka stores! I am very disappointed with the service for an August purchase. ETA was mid October, then end of November, then mid December. Still waiting. Excuses instead of delivery or refund. I see another sale is on. I wonder how long these customers will wait.

Worst customer service ever!!! Manager is rude and avoid answering the phone calls. Never calls back as promised. Have been trying to swap over the couch and receive some info regarding planned delivery, no luck for over 1month. Avoid if possible
