The customer service was great! I went to get new running shoes because my current ones weren't right for my feet. Gabby was super friendly, helpful, and knew her stuff. She found me a few different options and helped me find the perfect pair. I 100% recommend these guys if you're in the same situation.

Exceptional care by Josef. Went in to try insole inserts for my RMs and he really went above and beyond getting me the right fit knowing that I was in recovery from back injury. 10 on 10 for service. Didn't want to sell me anything, just showed a care attitude towards what was best for me.

Staff were excellent, service was non flustered & quick even when the store was busy. The scanning equipment is a major selling point as the first set of shoes they suggested were the correct fit. They didn't try to oversell or coach me into buying products that i do not want.

I spent some time in AF Mt Ommaney today getting fitted for a pair of Asics runners. Harry was very knowledgeable, patient and obliging in finding shoes that fitted my feet and my budget. He went above and beyond, so thank you Harry for your very professional service. This is where I'll go again, next time I want running shoes.

Excellent customer service. The lady was great with our 5 year old who needed new school shoes for grade one. She made it a fun experience. The shoes we bought last year for prep lasted all year. They were starting to get snug but they sized her perfectly. For shoes to last the whole year is a mirical the way kids grow. That's why we went back this year.

Great service good product i can always find what i want and they have the best socks that dont wear out called lightfeet they r the best socks soooo comfry i must go and get some more

I recently had to return a pair of very expensive shoes to this store and was delighted and relieved to have a very positive experience and a great outcome. Sam was able to put my mind at ease and also my feet. After having bought a pair of shoes that were unsuitable for my podiatry condition and actually worsened my mobility and pain, he explained the problems and resoved them one by one and gave me confidence to trust his judgement and buy another type of shoe more suitable for me. I have bought a few pairs of shoes from this store and have found all the staff competent and knowledgeable. Sam is very much at ease in his role and I would recommend him highly, especially for painfull foot problems or anything a bit out of the usual.
