Inner Brisbane Realty provides a fantastic service. IBR is always quick to respond and quick to handle issues as they arise. As a tenant in the current market, I have found it refreshing to work with IBR and the quality of its staff.

I have been with "Inner Brisbane Realty" for more than 4 years now. I was a newbie in Australia when I moved in Brisbane in 2019. While searching for my new accommodation, I came in touch with IBR and they helped me get into Lease for an apartment best suiting my needs.
Not only that, IBR also helped me in finding a bigger apartment when I decided to upgrade my dwelling.
I have seen and experienced very awesome, empathetic and very polite professionals in IBR, and I would be happy to mention name of few of them - special thanks to Caitlin, David, Alanna, Carly, Shayna and entire team of IBR. You all are doing great work and I am very thankful to all of you.

I was a tenant of a property managed by Inner Brisbane - Spring Hill for 3 years. The whole onboarding and offboarding process were smooth and well-communicated. They are quick at responding to repair and maintenance work request. Caitlyn has done a wonderful job at managing the property and liaising with us throughout the tenancy. Special thanks to David Grimley for assisting us with the vacating process. David was prompt with the exit inspection and bond refund application. Highly recommend this professional team.

I have had only highly positive experiences with Nichola and Danielle at Inner Brisbane, both as a tenant in Spring Hill, and later after deciding to buy the apartment I was renting. Danielle in particular has been extremely helpful and supportive in navigating the slighly out of the ordinary process of buying the apartment as a tenant, and moving the process along smoothly. Property Manager, Jodie, ensured quality tenants were selected, the property respected and rent paid on-time. Monthly statements were always issued correctly and a bill never missed. I'm very happy with the Inner Brisbane Realty and have stayed at the property for 2.5 years run by a manager Jodie Alexandra and her team ( Kathelin, Nicola,ext) had a great experience with them, fast response to attend to all the issues I had at the house( electrical, hot water system,washing machine, dishwasher ,pest control,ext). Had a special request for them to replace keys,remove a lock for a child safety , issue an extra remote control ,they were absolutely supportive and helpful! Thank you so much Jodie ! Fantastic work! Amazing property management experience with the team at Inner Brisbane. Everything dealt with very professionally and also in a friendly manner. All the inevitable issues during the lease term (like tap or electricity problems) were processed quickly, diligently and very efficiently. They are very responsive and always ready to help.
