Great staff help, went to see the staff at the saw once i picked up the timber planks and ply sheets and gave the measurements for many cuts and each were done with precision for my barn door, thank you

The staff are so beyond helpful, especially for someone like me, who is constantly coming in with something I need but have literally no idea what will be the most appropriate and most cost-effective options and solutions, answering my endless questions, and being so friendly and polite the whole time.

Parking is generally great and easily accessible. Their returns process is quick and painless, as is their click and collect option. Highly recommend.

Staff is amazing at this place, however, something has to be done about this creep who was following me around calling me an axe murder, comparing me to Jason Vorhees and other murderers. All i did was buy an axe and some tape and stuff, along with bolts, planks, plaster, screws and other things that i need to do some renovations at home. I didnt even look at the dude but every corner i turned he was 10m behind me... lurking idk who this guy thinks he is what a wierdo.

This was my 2nd time here, and I absolutely love it

If they could just turn up the air-conditioning a tad bit, I could spend the whole day there

Ange from Bunnings Spare Parts Division (who works from home in South Australia) very kindly (and quickly) sourced a 'newly' discontinued wall tap set for me and was able to have it ready for collection from Stafford Bunnings - amazing service and such a relief for me to not have to find an alternative. Ange you are a total gem! I thank you and am deeply grateful to you!

Side note to Bunnings - if you are going to discontinue a range please make some notes for people like me who are doing a number of renovations - we don't need the misfortune of 'discontinued' lines when the other materials were only purchased a few weeks before! Not good form!

Was looking for a padlock to fit my toolbox, it was an awkward shape and I struggled to find it. I showed Torren a photo of the toolbox and he suggested a different size lock which worked. Appreciate the assistance here.

Had some big kitchen and flooring orders to put in and have not gone through bunnings before to do so. Stewart in special orders was a magician. Knew the answer to every question I had, pre-warned about problems and mistakes to avoid and provided advice that a lot of builders would charge an arm and a leg for. Been to a lot of Bunnings and can say for certain it is not common to get that level of advice and expertise even in the specialist roles. Overall staff were friendly and helpful. Will be my go to store from now on.

Good range and prices. Friendly young guy approached us as we were looking at the outdoor cushions and asked if we needed any help, we said we were ok and He replied "I'll be around if you find that you do". Found what we came for and were in and out in no time at all and the pup 🐩 approves of the new cushions. Just need to make a couple of adjustments to get them to fit on our odd shaped furniture. 🪡✂

Large facility with heaps of parking and a dedicated garden supply centre.They supply and sell just about everything you will ever require for home and garden maintenance, improvements and upgrades. Varied range of hardware items. Complete range of well priced tools, paint, lighting. Finding a staff member can sometimes be an issue. This l have experienced at most Bunnings stores. Stafford is no exception.When you do engagea staff member, they are usually pretty knowledgeable and equally helpful. My only real complaint which does not effect my five star rating as Bunnings has effectively equipped me out of a tight spot on numerous occasions.

was stuggling after my heart attack to get through the checkouts. The member at the checkout got a manager in miniutes, who came with a Chair & Bottle of water. I Was told to sit and ensure i didn't need anything else. They then loaded my purchses up into my car. that afternoon & again 2 days later, checkup phonecalls were made to ensure that I was still ok. In future I was told "if you are physically unable to pickup what you need, get to the service desk & wait for assistance. Somewone will come and help you shop."

Friendly helpful staff. Had what I needed to get the job done. Can't ask for much more than that.

Shopped Bunnings Stafford today and a young lady called Mel approached me and offered advice. She advised the product I'd just bought to kill my lawn grub would also kill bees and earth worms and offered a safe alternative which will do the sane job. FANTASTIC THANKYOU MEL

The people working at this Bunnings are amazing. I wanted to do a DIY project and as I am very inexperienced so I had to ask millions of questions. Everyone was super friendly and took the time to understand what I wanted to do and give me advice. Being a young woman trying to build things can sometimes be very intimidating and I can say I didn’t feel judged at any time. Totally recommend coming here!

A huge warehouse store providing all the needed equipment for do it yourself projects! Varying priced goods & brand names! All types of potting mixes & Potts! Beautiful healthy plants in the nursery! On the way out of the nursery were smallb black boy plants $105.00 🪴I seen the store mascot. A bearded Dragon sunbaking.

I was in a hurry and needed to have my plant cutting planted in a pot and ready to prepare for a fundraising 'voucher tree.'

Their assistance was so customer focused I have become a raving Bunnings fan!

Matty went out of his way to help, he prepared the plant in the pot and even added some rocks and I was able to deliver my professional looking fundraising contribution on time!

Went in a month ago to get some supplies for the Reno’s. Jake was a very nice young man who helped me a lot. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Got a good price too. Couldn’t be happier.
